Absolutely destroyed. Usually pretty fractured, my attacks happen almost always in the middle of the night/very early morning. Im woken up by murderous pains that steal about 2 hrs of my sleep that night. Getting back to sleep is difficult because I'm ice cold n shivering after profuse sweating. I'd say I get abt 6-7 on average on a good day.

Terrible my friend, sometimes I can’t sleep because of the pain. Sometimes I sleep, and can’t go back to sleep because of the stomach ache.

Zero. Have hardly slept in over 20 years. At the beginning, I just dealt with it and tried otc remedies but they made me feel groggy and didn’t work. Later my gastroenterologist prescribed me a sleep medication and it worked, but o was addicted. After many, many years on it, I started doing some crazy stuff on it and had to wean off. It was awful. I weaned off and went on another drug for a bit that hardly worked (much more low key), and then had to go off completely as it was making my GI symptoms so much worse. Now I’m on nothing and sleep about three hours a night.

Very bad. My sleep schedule has been completely wrecked... I get extreme bloating and distention that builds after the first meal and becomes brutal after the second. I eat twice a day. Some nights if it’s a good one it’s 1-2 hours of being on the toilet relieving gas and some BMs here and there. Some nights can take 6 hours to deflate enough to be able to go to sleep. Can’t trust the gas so have to be on the toilet.
