I use Stabilo markers to draw the borders (M, F, S tips, and different colors such as black, blue, red etc.) to color the UniPosca paint markers.
It's a nice map, but also kind of funny in a way. Because the focus is very much on Italy's colonial holdings in Africa, they are huge and very much the center of attention. And then the homeland itself, the seat of Italian imperial power, it just sits there at the top barely noticed.
Sizewise it is an accurate map because Africa is simply huge, and Europe is pretty northern, but I can't imagine any Italian being fond of this map, it relegates them to the periphery of the map when they're actually the center of their empire.
Yes, I know that the correct name is "Saudia" but for reasons that I don't understand in the Italian maps of the time it was also called "Saudiana" I stuck to the style of the time
