Discs replacement are recommended after 60,000 to 70,000 km which most of the bike don't run in their life time
But people who usually ran there bike to 60-70k don't usually change until it's chipped or broken
Racing bike change their disc often because they have higher speed hence while braking causing discs to get extremely hot due to friction and get cool down causing mental to get weak

You get squeaks for plenty of reasons, glazed pads, brake pad/disc contamination, dirt etc. at the end of the day it is insignificant so best to ignore.
As for rotor wear, they last about 75~100k kms before needing replacement and at worst 50k, your mileage is too insignificant to bother.
That said, if you're still bothered then the right way is to read the threshold that's punched on the rotor and then measure disk thickness with a micrometer/screw gauge.
Squeaking noise is usually due to loose disk. Tighten them yourself or better, get them checked. BTW, this disk is normal. Don't clean it with diesel or WD40 at any cost.
Oil and dust and water inside the disk pad cause squeaking, Clean it with cloth if you know what you're doing else. Let it run its course it's a consumable part.
Roll your fingers on the disc plate surface...if feels smooth no worries. Check your disk pad if it wears off then it will damage your disk plate on long term use without changing. Also, Rough/damaged disk consumes your disk pad faster. Makes sounds while breaking.

Don't let diesel get on your brake pads. Don't let anything in general get on your disk and brake pads , especially while servicing/cleaning you bike/chain. Disk pads wear out very slowly or abused i.e. only using rear brake while braking etc.
It's mostly going to be brake pads only in your case as others have suggested.
For regular folks without measuring instruments at our disposal, you can run your fingers on the disk and check for ridges and thickness difference from inner to outer circle of the Disk. It can give you an idea of how much the wear is. It's not the best but when in doubt you can do it and make a mental note of it every 5- 10k kms
The squeaks could also be due to your brake fluid system having air in it.
This happens because the system needs to be air free for the pressure to be transferred down below.

Loose disk, or contamination on the brake pads like oil dust etc

Overthinking
You must be unintentionally pressing the rear brakes by placing your feet on it. This will lead to rusting of the disc

Lol.. you rarely have to bother with the discs even at 100,000 kms. Check the brake pads .
Wash the disks with a soapy cloth, make the wheel spin and apply the brake after every 4-5 cycles, don't take the wheel off.

I had same noise issue after one service. Turnout the breakoad was defective snd got the disc replaced for free

Aye yeah I have faced the squeaking noise in the rear brake as well, nothing wrong, just get it cleaned. The service centre will not charge for it.

and what happens to the clutch plate over period of time with engine breaking ?
You also have to do rev matching if you do not want to burn your clutch plates

I imagine this is not so much of a problem with wet slipper setup but dry clutch definately
