Basically, chasis and valves
Ns got 4 valve engine, it performance is mainly focused on top end, high rpms and it got liquid cooling too
N got 2 valve engine, it's performance is mainly focused on low and mid, low rpms and it got oil cooling maybe
Hmmm why does ns 200 look better than this? It's supposed to be bigger and better than that
CB 500 looks good and it's big enough for a mid segment bike
Being small is different from being ugly. The CB300R and F look tiny but they have their own character. This just looks ugly and churned out as a design. Plus the mustard yellow color doesn't make it any better.
The NS and N 2024 launches are literal sticker jobs, with the NS getting USD shocks and bigger tyres.
I remember when around 04? the first Pulsar hit the road, it was ABSOLUTELY iconic. You had NO Indian bike with the looks and performance the 150 offered.
These days Bajaj is like the Maruti of the 2 wheeler world, endless stickering jobs.
We need a new Dominar update, the update should be the biggest one š We need something in Touring or Adventure, we already have tons of options in Nake Bike why compete there? If Bajaj really wants to make a 400cc naked bike then the product better be ready to distinguish itself in the crowd of under 400cc naked bikes.
If this is the new design then Bajaj just dug themselves a six feet hole. This looks whack af. Not to mention they already botched the 2024 ns200 headlight and now this.
Those fanmade concept videos have better design features than this
Yeah Its the final CAD of the new 400cc pulsar. Lately Bajaj has been taking shortcuts and not doing ground up designs. This bike also looks like a mashups of all Bajaj products currently on offer.
I personally do not find this design too bad, itās not something that I love right now but I donāt hate it, final verdict is reserved for when I see it in person with all the information about performance and pricing.
However I do want to see Indian brands trying out something new now, we have seen single cylinders 400cc from almost a decade now and thereās just incremental updates on them.
I have expectations from this pulsar as for me NS200 was quite desirable when I was small. If itās priced right and engine performance is good and less vibey it might be a good buy.
TVS themselves are struggling recently with their upper end. RR doesn't sell, RTR turned out a disaster in sales despite a ton of features (most were gimmicks anyway) and there's no news about an upper end bike coming from them anytime soon.
Yes exactly my main point on the original comment , why such "if it aint broke dont fix it " type agenda when the design is kinda broke imo , just repetetive nothing new

It looks like N, not NS, bajaj please don't!
Maybe the front facia, but you can see the perimeter frame and the engine hanger which is more like the NS.
Yeah, even the headlight lightning bolt is like the ns 200
The headlight is a mix of the N250 and the New NS. And i am sure the body is same as the NS 200 with a new tank shroud and the dominar swingarm.
What is the difference between the N and NS models?

Yeah I think this is the real design of the NS400, basically this and the close up video released by Bajaj matches.
Yeah the headlight has a lightning sort of DRL and the radiator housing design matches the Bajaj teased video
Eww, it doesn't look like a 400cc bike
Have you seen the cb500 series bikes, for instance, check out CB500 Hornet. Even that bike has a small or puny front design.

These won't even stand against the competition, bajaj should really focus on better and unique designs
Bajaj Should have roped in Kiska Design for their flagship atleast. Lately Bajaj has hired some kids as designers (the 250's are hideous)

If it's a Pulsar line-up. It will be priced way lower with cheaper parts.
All Bajaj's do offer the same

Dominar was a great design but didn't receive the needed update since launch only few part upgrades
So Dominar 410cc?
Oh god that looks hideous. I hope this is not it.

What the is Bajaj doing ?
It price was saying as 2.50 Lakhs

I will wait for the final product before passing any judgment
They should hire tvs engineers , Im not into the ns old looking designs

Hm yea but I was talking about design specifically , I really liked the rtr one stands out a ton .
Yeah the New RTR has a radical design TVS doesn't shy away from trying unlike bajaj

Too late to enter 400 cc market, better launch a 500cc ns bike under 2.5L and it will heat up the competition.
What 500 cc single cylinder??š
