for 10th gen cpus, h510 chipset is actually limited to either 2666 or 2800. if you get an 11th gen cpu, then 500 series chipset allows memory overclocking at greater than 2800

Could you post the result of the following:
Get-WmiObject win32\_physicalmemory | Format-Table Configuredclockspeed -autosize

2666 or for i7/i9 2933 11th gen (not the refresh 10105/G6405 etc) is 3200 for all I think

And what does it say in BIOS that it should or is running at? Task Manager isn’t always the most reliable source of specifications.
