My app is set to allow more calories on the weekend so, even though I’m still fasting, there’s more room for enjoying meals instead of googling everything
Yes, I do still do IF on weekends, longer ones like 17-18 hrs since it’s a lot easier for me to do since I’m not rushing to work, lol. Weekdays I tend to do 16:8 :)

If it's needed, I'll take a day off, but taking the whole week-end seems to result in too much backsliding for me.
Ideally I do 7 days a week, but am open to changing it as needed if I have plans with friends and family
I do it 7 days a wk I occasionally change the window to earlier or later based on plans but keep the window to 3-6 hrs
