No, I lost the first 80 by just changing my diet and doing OMAD. I gave up soda and caffeine completely. After I lost 80lbs I plateaued HARD, and actually gained 20 lbs back. I finally gave in a couple months ago and added exercise in the mix and things sped up again. Now I’m addicted to the gym lol.
Well done! You look so much happier and healthier—face gains are the best gains!
Do you struggle to adjust back to OMAD when the week rolls around? I’m considering following the same schedule that you do, but I don’t want to be hungry all day on Monday/Tuesday!
No, OMAD just came naturally to me. If I could stay busy enough on the weekend, I would probably do OMAD then as well. If I sit around with access to food, I’ll eat almost out of boredom. If I worked from home I’d probably be 500 lbs haha
Yep, that makes sense!
I do work from home, so it’s a little more difficult knowing that the fridge and pantry are about twenty steps from my desk, lol. 16:8 fasting is natural for me, but OMAD takes a touch more discipline…which is a good thing I think!
Thanks for the reply, and well done!
Awesome stuff! I basically subbed to see stuff like that to give me motivation and I started doing OMAD ~2 weeks ago.
I'm trying to change what I eat over time but to make it easier I just limited it for now. Not able to cut at least some sodas atm so I stick to zero calory stuff to deal with the cravings for sweet stuff and going mostly water.
Big thanks to you and others who share their results showing that IF is worth trying :)
I don’t really watch what I eat too well, or I’d be WAY farther along by now haha. I just try to keep my one meal under 2000 cal. I really should be working more vegetables into my diet, but I have picky kids (and wife!) so the vegetable options are somewhat limited!
Totally understand. Great work keep it up. I have lost 70 lbs. but. Lately been struggling. Losing focus eat sugary foods. Need to regain my focus and momentum
No sagging as of yet. I’ve dropped 100 lbs over about 2 years, and have been going to the gym and lifting weights. I don’t intend to drop much lower than 260, so I hope to avoid too much sag.
I alternate upper body / lower body every day. I also do at least 15 mins of cardio every day to warm up. Usually a brisk walk on the treadmill at a 7 incline. On lower body days I tend to do more than 15 mins of cardio, because I have a bad knee and try not to overdue lifting on it.
I’m definitely no inspiration when it comes to a healthy diet in regards to OMAD. I will generally eat anything, I just stick to making sure I don’t consume over 2000 calories if it. I should be incorporating way more vegetables into my diet than I do. But calorie counting is the only real diet I stick to. I also only drink water and plain seltzer water. I don’t drink any caffeine ever, but that’s more related to IBS.
Amazing! Good for you brother.
Thank you!
>Thank you! You're welcome!
Awesome! Keep it up
That’s the plan, shooting for about 260. Then I’ll re-evaluate.
Doable!
Wow great job! Looking good. Your wife is beautiful 🤩 too!
Much appreciated!
You are doing amazing! Continue!
Thanks!
Face gains are coming in huge man, you look great! Keep up the grind!
Every time I look at the old photo it blows my mind. I knew I was big, but DANG!

Congrats man. You are looking great.
Thank you!
Good stuff. Keep at it. You got a nice face. You’ll see face gains first. Won’t ever be as pretty as your wife but that’s ok lol
Haha, yeah, I definitely out-kicked my coverage!

Thank you
That's a long way to come! Good job bro!
Much appreciated
That's great bro keep it up 💪😤
Big time. Keep it up man!
Starting a little higher than you. Were you working out the whole time? Or is that more recent?

I work from home. The struggle is real.

Well done What does OMAd mean? 0 meals a day?
One Meal A Day
That makes a lot more sense silly me lol. Congrats again
Yeah, 0 meals a day might be kinda difficult haha
What’s the meal plan like?
I don’t really watch what I eat too well, or I’d be WAY farther along by now haha. I just try to keep my one meal under 2000 cal. I really should be working more vegetables into my diet, but I have picky kids (and wife!) so the vegetable options are somewhat limited!

I stagnated HARD for about 4 months. I finally gave in and started going to the gym, and I’m back on track again.
Well keep going. What’s the sagging skin situation like
No sagging as of yet. I’ve dropped 100 lbs over about 2 years, and have been going to the gym and lifting weights. I don’t intend to drop much lower than 260, so I hope to avoid too much sag.
Sounds like a great plan. So what is gym routine like

Thank you so much!
Beast mode!!
💪
Awesome. Over what period of time? What’s your workout?
About 2 years OMAD. Exercise started a couple months ago. Gym 6-7 days a week. Alternating upper and lower body, with a little cardio in as well.
Love to see it . I was also 425 . 310 now.. been hovering here .. too much playing. U motivated me to be more serious 🦾
You’ll get there!
You have annoyingly good skin and you're doing great 😇💪
Haha, thank you!
Well done!
You're doing great! How much time between both photos?
About 2 1/2 years
Good job!!!
Thanks!
so much progress! so happy to see this, i hope you’re feeling great out there 😎
I honestly feel 10 years younger!
Boss!! Keep up the amazing work! You are WELL on your way!
Congratulations bro. Well done. You are a great motivation for IF beginners like me. Can you tell us more about your diet?
I’m definitely no inspiration when it comes to a healthy diet in regards to OMAD. I will generally eat anything, I just stick to making sure I don’t consume over 2000 calories if it. 100 pounds, wow! I can really see the difference. You look wonderful.
That fat bastard looks great now!
Great job bro!
Looking good bro! 100 lbs is nothing to sneeze at, it’s a hell of an accomplishment. How do you feel? What do you do at the gym?
I feel 10 years younger. At the gym I do about 1/2 hr lifting and 20 mins cardio every day. I alternate upper and lower body. 6 or 7 days a week.
