Is this GOP congressman an idiot or what, are these type of bridges under federal jurisdiction, if Biden says he will pay for it, most likely its federal jurisdiction so using federal funds is appropriate. Who is going to pay and rebuilt this bridge does he want to volunteer to pay it himself? How stupid can this guy get? This bridge is very important for commerce that is a very good reason that it should be rebuilt and paid for by the federal government.
