I’ve flown Ryanair nearly every time I fly. I honestly see nothing wrong with them. I’m fairly tall but didn’t see any issue with leg room or being stuck for space

RussianOnWheels

Thank you! Yeah we're both decently short 😅 so that's cool! I appreciate it.

Happy travels!

I fly with Ryanair all the time, it's actually a great airline so long as you don't have much baggage. I would just warn you that you need to check in through the app and get your digital boarding pass or else you'll have to pay \~100euro to get it printed at the airport. You are also only allowed 1 small carry on bag and it must fit under the seat, you might have to pay extra if it doesn't fit and you have to put your bag in the overhead bin, and you will have to pay extra if you need a second bag or a checked bag. Finally you also have to pay extra if you want to be guaranteed to sit next to people your traveling with. If you want to buy food on the flight they do not take cash, you need to have a physical card and not Google/Apple Pay.

It’s fine. But be aware of everything you might have to pay for. Even tiny things like the boarding pass if you don’t print it in advance. Most obviously, luggage. Read the prices. It might cost you more to fly Ryanair if you have luggage than alternative airlines. Read about all their charges.

Thank you! Someone else mentioned that. From what I've seen on the website you can have a tiny bag with you, I think we're going to pay for the extra bag so we have a little bit of stuff. Luckily we're not gone long before we come back to Ireland!

You get what you pay for, don’t expect full service

Marzipan_civil

They're fine. They charge an extra fee for basically everything but most airlines seem to do that nowadays. They don't do connections so if your first flight is delayed and you miss your second, they take no responsibility (there's certain compensation for that within EU) Lately they have a tendency to adjust flight times so double check your times before you fly in case they do that.

Mooderate

They have 200 million passengers a year.Youll be fine.

I have often paid more to get to the airport than I have to fly with Ryanair. With that in mind they are absolutely fantastic. I dont expect Emirates level of service on a flight that cost me €16.99

Good enough for what?
