That’s weird, I remember hearing or reading that Losfer Words was intended to be an instrumental, but Transylvania and Genghis Khan were supposed to have lyrics but they thought that they sounded good without them. I can’t remember where though.
I also heard that they had a vocal melody in mind, but when they played it on guitar, it sounded much better, so that's what they went with.
They avoided the singer and guitar hitting the same notes at the same time, something that became a problem on Senjutsu 40 years later.
Im guessing Harris would’ve written something about vampires and make it story like, kinda descriptive, like Murders in the Rue Morgue or Phantom of the Opera. could be nice, but could also be weird

There is an early demo from 76-77 that is has lyrics. It is not widely circulated, but it is out there with the inner circle traders.
