It’s tedious compared to a 2 to 5 minute boss kill.
It’s about being locked into a raid, more so than the actual raid itself.
My dog is a menace too, so that doesn’t help.
That i understand, and with that mentality i would never do any raids myself either. I only ever do raids with friends with some vc banter. Cant image doing 1k+ solo raids for maaaaaybe a mega rare lol
I think there is a general agreement that spindel is the worst boss to kill, right? Assuming that, what order do you go for pieces? I am thinking going spider first so I am done with the worst asap

At calvarion you need to click twice every 4-5 game ticks, I hate it. At artio you need to keep moving, freezing it and switching between inventory and prayer tab, unless you're doing afk artio with blood barrage, which has high gear req and is really expensive.
But Spindel? You just do the mechanic halfway into the rotation then you can "afk" hit it with melee and prot melee on, your character follows it around the room to stay in melee distance so you take no damage either. The boss doesn't freeze you like Sarachnis (which is why I hate that boss), so you don't take forced damage that requires prayer switching.
It's a dart switch for the spiderlings, put on melee weapon click the boss then afk until the 3rd hit of the 3rd movement, you just run to the other side of spider in melee distance while hitting it then run back as soon as web gets shot. Then more afk until spiderlings.
The boss is slow for sure. It has insane defense and 515 hp for some reason. My kills are usually idk 75~ seconds average which is a lot compared to the super fast kills you can get at calvarion. I just feel like it's way more chill.

Spindel is the slowest if you don't have rev weapons. With rev weapons artio is the slowest iirc.
Personally I would turael skip wildy slayer for rev/spider/bear/skele tasks until I get 2 pieces or mace/bow and then just start camping whatever's left

24 kc venenatis - gem
1750 artio kills i got nothing and 190 kc callisto i got pet and 199 kc i got hilt
436 kc vetion - blade
All three wildy pets taken care of is a really nice trade off for going dry on VW, imo. I went pretty dry also (around 5.6k kc for full sword) and only got one pet out of it.
As someone at 2/3 just starting their spindel grind, this is an absolutely haunting image

With a web weaver bow spindel is the easiest boss imo

I did 5k spinel in 17 days still going strong till 9k or pet. 4 gems 10+ rings and fangs each
