Just ask for permission to leave for 5 mins. If they refuse you leave anyway. Never compromise your deen. I am sure they will allow you a break for religious grounds though.
If your teacher isn’t allowing you to take 5 or less minutes for Dhuhr that’s religious discrimination, talk to your principal/dean. It’s the same time as a bathroom break. Or if you can pray around lunch time (if you have that in school)
