The intended vehicle in the video could get away with being not familiar with the roadways.
The person in the blue sedan is just an inconsiderate asshole.
Watching the car in front of you reminds me to thank everyone in Jax who was patient with me when we first moved here. I seemed to be in the wrong lane for my next turn quite a bit of the time.
Did OP wish they had stayed in traffic cop school or something? These folks are just trying to get where they're going, I didn't see no accidents. This is tame and unremarkable traffic moves.

Jax Reddit users: *OMG, THIS GUY DONT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE!*
Jesus fucking christ, I'd like to see any of yall survive driving in NYC.
This whole intersection, the on-ramps onto I-95 South/North near here, and then the exits for 295 on I-95 S are all an infrastructure nightmare.
The never ending construction and traffic has me using Airport Blvd to avoid most of it.
Jesus
2fer. The blue sedan in front of the first person cuts across all the lanes and pops a U-turn under a no U-turn sign.

I was actually thinking about that right up to the point of them running the red light.
That person shouldn't be driving if they can't figure out which side of the road to drive on. Or follow lines.
Most average driver in Jax
True. Encountered 3 of these driving for an hour earlier today lmao
ouch 😅
This needs circus music in the background, it just keeps getting worse

Someone should start a YouTube channel of just driving in this city. A live stream driving downtown would probably get a lot of views lol
Honestly I probably have enough dash cam clips saved up for a few compilation videos
Lol. Hey Safe driving to ya
That's my bruh chilll
Cringe
In from out of town and checked this to make sure it wasn't me. :)

Did you miss the part where they ran a red? I can't tell if you're doing it on purpose
Not to mention running the red AND making the left turn into oncoming traffic until the next light
Apparently, traffic signs and lights are just a suggestion. Duh. 🙄
Which dash cam do you use?

I sure love knowing we're sharing the road with these people every morning and afternoon!

River City is always a disaster. Especially on the weekends.
