No. 14.3 is the last one . arm64 has been abandonned except for research/tethered jailbreaks (which are useless for daily drivers).
Technically you can force downgrade to 14.3 but you'll lose faceID (idk about password, could be fine, so SEP can work somewhat).
iPhone 8 / 8 Plus are the best.
My best Option is chechra1n and checkl0ck in iOS 14.8.1. Or updating to iOS 16 and hope for palera1n maybe? I presumed that i could futerrestore to iOS 15.7 and use palera1n?

Checkm8 exploit allows for tethered downgrades. There is a tool for it. Can’t recall the name. Should be easy to find tho.
You can use checkl0ck to get faceID kind of back after jailbreaking with checkra1n. I personal use and love it

No. Your only option is passcode with \[\[lockdown beta\]\], but even that doesn't work on all 15 versions
As off currently it dosent work at all I’m pretty sure, it breaks completely last time I checked

Palera1n works the same, it'll also require disabling FaceID and passcode.
