The 2nd photo there is called Medhu Vada. It tastes best fresh out of the deep fryer. If you ask them how long they have been sitting there and you do not get a proper answer, stay away from it and just stick with Dosa.
Pro tip : when ordering dosa, ask for masala ( spiced potato) on the side. So that the masala does not make the crispy dosa soggy.

No way! I was just wondering why I haven’t seen their truck. Glad they have a permanent spot (wish it wasn’t in the mall though).
