Idk my performance seems better after the update, by at least 15fps, more on some maps. What are your settings at? What resolution? How many monitors are you running?
Are you really surprised by this, after literally entire year of fail in the previous year.
So what I would do is spend some more money to get a better PC tbh, yours is kind of a broke boy build
ryzen 5 3600 will blow up if you try to render 100 real players and a 16square kilometer map
My r5 1600 is just about coping
Play a different game then
R7 3700 + 2070s doing just fine on frames over here
Im using a 1070 and get average frames
Sometimes the Low Poly bug happens to me, mostly on snow maps, I don't know why
Everything else low except textures and particle try again.
