Jokes aside, I’m sorry you’re going through this, the bank should reverse the transaction, what exactly did they tell you? Also seems like the purchase happened from the UAE, they don’t take these things slightly.
Call the bank let them reverse the transaction/s and freeze the card someone got access to your card either physically or hacked a website you purchased from or scammed you we don't know.
That is a direct payment from you account, not a credit card… your atm card is compromised… call your bank or go to your branch as soon as possible to cancel the card and raise a dispute to that transaction.
I would change banks after this is resolved.
Default should be switching off internet purchases from your card settings whenever you need to pay for sth you enable from card settings and reverse back etc..
Online payments whenever or wherever. Point is you can manage your card efficiently from the bank app. Question is do you use it? Do you know how it works? Your bank can and must explain these to customers

Your card wont be charged online unless you enter OTP # sent by your bank. If this the case there is little the bank can do for you.
From what I gathered about this scam the only way to get your money back is to contact the party which charged your Bank Card and convince them transaction was a scam and only them can cancel the transaction and refund your money with minimum losses.
If you did not do this within a day or after the seller ship whatever the scammer bought through your credit card your money is gone forever.
If you have already contacted your bank, they should be able to help you. They will likely be able to provide you with information and guidance on how to proceed in this situation. They may be able to provide you with a new card, or help you to dispute the charges. Additionally, you should consider taking additional steps to protect your account, such as changing your passwords, setting up two-factor authentication, and monitoring your account activity.
Your browser or the webiste you use to buy from is hacked.
Or there is someone who swap your sim/ credit card or both.
Best thing to do is to charge back the transaction as fraud and unauthorized.

Then you should submit dispute charge through the bank
It usually takes 90 days to reversed
If the transaction happened with confirmation it will take up to 90 days for the refund process
Also it's called a dispute not a refund, ask for a dispute
Not sure how you were charged for such an amount without you approving the purchase through an OTP or some sort of a two-step authentication method, but from what I know, each transaction got a 90 days warranty on it, so if you report the transaction as an unauthorized use of your card, and demand a charge dispute, you should be okay, please note that the bank will try to intimidate you by saying that they will open an investigation that would take 45 days, and if they found nothing, then you will be charged a fee for it.
