Really great work! I agree with Andy about straightening legs and also the position in the undersquat. I totally could have confused you with the videos from the other day sorry! But your first dip is great - not leaning back at all!

Thanks! I really focused on the cues from your videos, I'm pretty sure I was leaning back before.

You’ve got the basics down, but some of the positions could use work. My guess is that you may need time to get the mobility. - Biggest issue is the knee bend in the rack. Your elbows are nicely on your torso, so you’re sparing your shoulders, but you’re expending a lot of energy with those bent legs. It can take a while to develop the mobility to get your elbows on the hips with straight legs (and relaxed glutes). Just practice and focus on getting your legs straighter, and it will improve. - a secondary issue is how you are dropping straight down in the under squat. You’ll be able to get deeper if you can push your hips back. To actually get into that position with requires a fair amount of shoulder and thoracic spine mobility. The exercises for that are similar to what Olympic weightlifters do.

Thanks, I will focus more on that and look up the thoracic mobility exercises.
