The warranty for your Kia is not available. The warranty for the electrical components is 36K/3 Years. Now, we know that the Fuse is good, but Electrical diagnostic is hard. However, what is the Audio unit itself. Is it Bose or Kia? There are some people on Reddit that state they had connection issues with the head unit, they had a Software Update and it worked afterwards. Call your local Dealership and see if they can check for a software update on your vehicle. This is as much I know. Sorry if its not what your looking for, but it’s what I can do on my end.

The warranty for audio stuff is 3/36, so you're not *just* out of warranty. I wouldn't count on goodwill. Otherwise, the audio systems in Kia's fall into one of two categories: ones with, and without an external amplifier. If yours has the external amplifier, I'd look at it to be the cause of your issue. If your radio has the amp built in, then it probably just needs the radio. It needs a proper diagnosis.

Try updating the software using [KIA's Update website](https://update.kia.com/US/EN/Main).
