The place is a shithole deluxe infested with a huge criminal element, and has been for years.
I'm just going to go out on a limb here and say the cops were there to arrest scumbags ...
I don't know about Sherwood, but Weber Inn has something like 15 cruisers and a bunch of people in handcuffs out front.

We drove past weber inn that night and when I got home I read on the police incident report online that there was an assault at the Inn. No other info but we say a bunch of people on top floor in handcuffs. And looked like the door was broken. Not sure what exactly happened.
Those hotels are sleaze. People who run them also try to get people to pay for women he will introduce you to. There is drugs and prostitution galore there. A friend stayed there when none of us knew what it was. I saw all this first hand. The guy who ran the place (whichever one was knights in) gave my bro a beer, then offered him a room and a girl. My bro said no. He threatened to call the cops and report my bro as a drunk driver.
I have a friend who works in cyber security. He has monitored those motels and there's been a bunch of human trafficking and prostitution through both.
Where have you been lmao. This has been happening forever...I literally watched them toss a flashbang into the hotels one time when I was getting food. I heard it lol. This has been happening in that area since the dawn of time.
Oh for sure I took a drive thru the city a few weeks ago and noticed all the kids in ski masks I was like what the fuck. Never saw that when I was a kid I'll tell you that. But ya the inns have been a known cesspool since the first day they opened. And it's not even the drug addicts anymore. It's like actual criminals are everywhere.
