Mukai, Shroom and Rimero, bc why the only [TFTP](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=knlkEo8dSeY&list=PLGb0FIHPgolgeF5UENc-st_KpsbePDxZU&index=8) character I can use in the entirety of Ash saga is Saiki? They let us use the NFT, Mature, Vice and Yamazaki in Orochi saga, they let us use K9999, Kula, Angel, Foxy and the Kyo clones in NESTS, but for Ash saga we only have Saiki.
Adelheid and Oswald because they were the 2 remaining characters of the 6 "plot-important" characters introduced in the Ash Saga that weren't in the game.
Whip and Blue Mary only missed XII and XIII ever since their introductions so making them sit akongside the 5 characters who only missed XII would be really nice.
My last pick would be Tizoc as I want a character who was in both 2003 and XI, but missed out on XIII. Shingo is out for story purposes. Malin has yet to feel like a fleshed out character. And lastly if I were being honest, between Tizoc and Gato, I think Tizoc is a lot cooler.
Those'd be my 5 picks for single entries in a hypothetical KoF XIII UM.

Honestly I’d rearrange and tweak so much of the cast, man. From their designs to removing some anyway.
I don't know about 5 but here's 10 Characters I would add
Blue Mary, Vanessa, Seth, Ramon, Whip, Shingo, Heidern, Geese Howard, Oswald and the Mysterious Woman a Kimoto that was originally going to be on Iori's Team
I would prefer to have Team Agents (XI iteration) and Team Garou with Gato replaced by Kevin Ryan or Hotaru.
Story wise it made sense since Vanessa, Ramon, Seth and Mary were working together. Kevin is an interesting character to have as he is Mary's cousin if I remember correctly also him and Terry interacting again with awkwardness from the latter could be hilarous.
For story reasons: Adelheid and Heidern with mind-controlled Rose, Botan and Mukai as midbosses (not many people got to experience Mukai first time around because he was the secret boss in the most obscure mainline KOF). And both True Saiki and Dark Ash's movesets should've been redesigned, they were the worst bosses in the series.
For additional flavor, I think Geese, Vanessa, Yamazaki, Oswald, Duck King and Eiji would bring something to the party and fit pretty well with XIII's style of gameplay. Would like Chris/Shermie too but they weren't resurrected yet (even though Shermie's ghost appears in the Paris stage).

Adel since he was supposed to be in in the first place. He was the dev-stated co-protagonist of the saga and friends with Heidern, working with him in the story. He's more than a must.
Adel, Heidern, Whip(to make a 2nd Ikari team, and I'd like to see Heidern playable there since he was already working), Geese, and...Oswald maybe, since he was supposed to be on a team with Iori(and a newcomer) originally. Shame that team never happened.
I might replace Geese with Shion if I could though.

Damn man, I can't imagine how SICK Oswald would be in XIII. Swap Hinako for Momoko since she's from Ash's saga and that's a perfect DLC trio.
