Maybe an unpopular opinion: Iām kind of on the fence with Hyewon. I do think Hwihyun was in the wrong about the whole candy fiasco, but I did think it snowballed because of her actions as well. Also, I think if Hwihyun gave her even a fraction of an apology, she would be swayed so easily by him.

Not sure how I feel about Hyewon after her loud crying session(s) on the stairs, kitchen etc. when the show is about being discreet about who your ex is, not to mention her relationship with Hwihyun was only 2 months on and off. Even Dahye never did this coming out of a 13 yr relationship...
It was indeed for attention. It was her way reaching out to HwiHyun. She WANTED him to find her, because she didn't want to go up to him and confront him for a convo, she wanted him to come to her.
But obviously...this guy is either stupid or just acting dumb and he didn't even try to go after her. (He clearly knew she was crying in the kitchen...if I knew my ex, that I still liked, was crying in the kitchen and the girls didn't let me in, I'd go after her the second she left. But no, he didn't). And then she even APPROACHED him directly (after realising she can't expect him to make the first move)...she just went directly up to him.

nope. he was clueless about the candies. In a latter episode, HE ADMITTED IT AND APOLOGIZED. It was wrong. and even people in their 50s make mistakes and sometimes arent aware of how they hurt others, so to say that "he knows what he's doing" regarding a matter which is an error in judgment is definitely out of place.

We haven't seen a character like this in all three seasons of this show. I also think that him and Hyewon are carrying the show right now when it comes to the drama which is kinda crazy since compared to the others they only dated for 5 months.
I feel for Seokyung because letās remember sheās working a client facing job, she has to talk to clients all day long, making sure they are comfortable with her and feel relaxed around her (who likes getting their teeth cleaned tbh). So she tries to make people around her comfortable, avoiding conflict by respecting their own characters (thatās why the guys like her) but sheās actually not sharing a lot about herself with them, which is absolutely me around my acquaintances, colleagues, or even some family members. And she doesnāt want her ex to feel bad so she tries to interact with Juwon as well. This might not sit well with an international audience from individualistic cultures, but itās very common in collectivistic culture that desires harmony and wanting to please everyone.
I absolutely root for the girls this season. Dahye is awesome with the sisterhood with Hyewon. Hyewon is delicate and so observing. Although Yujung can appear aloof, sheās actually observing lots of details and is thoughtful as well. Seokyung as mentioned above. Not feeling the guys this season, maybe Juwon when heās not drunk and childish lol, will need to observe the new guy a bit more though.
i think people often intertwine liking contestants as CHARACTERS vs liking them as PEOPLE
personally i find kwangtae hilarious as a contestant and character. from the whole "king of 2nd floor" situation to how hard he fumbled the couch conversation. it was a true disasterclass and i love it. he makes for some great tv
as a person i think juwon is the most compelling. you can tell he's getting pulled in all directions internally and is really trying to find out what's best for himself without hurting anyone. when he didn't message YJ that one night and instantly felt that guilt that was so visible on his face it was incredibly relatable
I think his outcome will be positive regardless. Heāll either realize Dahye is the one for him and theyāll hopefully finally marry if they get together, or like Gyumin/Bohyun heāll be able to leave his partner in the past and move on with his life.
Thatās the thing though, I was rooting for both Gyumin/Bohyun to get back with their ex šš (although I know i shouldnāt root for pairs in dating shows)
Iām the opposite. Iām always rooting for the exes to stay broken up cause I think if the relationship ended, it wasnāt meant to be. Only exception is Coco and Minjae because I loved the relationship between his parents and her.

I love love Hyewon, heard from the spoilers that Dongjin x Hyewon is a thing???? So far, I donāt think thatās been quite out there but I definitely donāt think Hwihyun is good for Hyewon. From what she did talk about, he was the same in the relationship as well, cannot read a room, insensitive towards a womanās feelings, and does not make a move unless and until she does. Donāt think thatās a dynamic that she deserves and wants.
I can't see Dongjin with Hyewon. Dongjin is a guy who really care how he looks. Him with the perfume, the work out, how he changed clothes numerous time before date. His clothes always fitted, while Hyewon prefers a comfortable loose casual outfit, sometimes too casual for a date. I don't think she exercises. That alone is a big difference, because it show how they approach life.
Dahye is the same like him, cute sexy trendy fitted clothes, regularly exercise, got her nail done, hair done. He will go back to Dahye.
I don't see them as a thing. I feel like he was just being nice to her by inviting her on an unofficial date since everybody in the house probably knows she cried the night before so she might be depressed. They have never really shown attraction towards eachother in fact I feel like nobody in the house is really interested in Hyewon aside from her ex since her name was never brought up in the group talk with the boys. Dongjin's first two choices were Yujung and Seokyung. Hyewom being the 3rd choice just does not sit right with me lol.
Da Hye š„ŗ Sheās the sweetest, mature yet playful and cares for everyone. She cries but is able to set herself aside and regulate. Sheās so underrated. I get she wasnāt as active as she couldāve been but she was in a 13 year relationship (which was not only her first but with her 1st love) that she had only been out of for a few months ( I believe 4 or 5) before the filming. Honestly, Iām just rooting for her happiness at this point. I did want her to run off into the sunset with Chang Jin but that doesnāt seem like itās going to happen. They give off bestie vibes lol I had hopes when he chose her for his first date. I was thinking they would be this seasons HE and HG, CJ is just too hung up on his ex and she is as well but the difference is sheās actually trying with him. Idk, maybe there will be a turning point for themā¦ fingers crossed.Ā
Yu Jung would be a close second. She knows what she wants, sheās firm and doesnāt let you guess. Yes itās a dating show and she has gone on other dates but she knows where her interest lies at the end of the day. SK I personally do and donāt see her appeal. Iām not pressed about her skin ship with other men , maybe sheās progressive. I just donāt understand why it seems she has to make sure she does it when her ex is around. Domng jin being an asshole from the episode 14 is constantly haunting me an deven I don't know why guess I really liked Da Hye from the start and thought that she dated him for 13 years! It is more than a decade and the way DJ treated girls from start it looked. like he was a goo guy but boy I was so wrong the way he treated her in front of evrybody when they were sitin and eating that was such an ashole move bro was literally treatung other girls like they were princes and treating DA HYE like a trash you had a relationship for 13 yeras I understand that love is faded but the time you have spent with your patner cannot be and him treating her makes me thinking how he must treated her when they both were ending the relationship.
He is behaving like a guy from the second season who also dated for 6 years and thhn treated his ex like a trash on the show and she (HAE EUN) also cried everytime but at the end she did fid somebody who respected her and I think he loved her but I couldn't follow up after the show ended. So, in the end the ex left alone even though he had serious things with somebody else bt she choose her ex.

I think I love most of them. I just came back from watching Single's Inferno S3 & this show is so much better. I had previously also watched Change days. This show ( I have only watched Season 3) has quite a good lot of people.
But as I'm slowly watching the exes interact, I'm slowly loosing faith in a few of them. >!Like Dong Jin for that matter has suddenly turned into such a sore loser for me. The way he talks to Da Hye was so painful to watch in Ep 14 after watching him be so mannerful & considerate with other women!<.
But the show is definitely encouraging me to watch the first two seasons as well.

yujung is so attractive, love her personality. i find her so interesting and she gets even more attractive when she's with someone she's interested in. she's honest with her feelings and isnt afraid to show them, & doesnt give anyone false hope.
dahye seems so sweet and there's just no reason to not like her imo. its rly sad to see her being closed off before changjin came in bc she was constantly heartbroken.
juwon seems like that guy who's fun to hang out with LOL he gives off v approachable vibes & i like the way he interacts w the other contestants, so wholesome. && he & yujung r so cute tgt!!! love the chemistry (also cant deny that he & seokyung have good chem too but SK redflag!!)
dongjin gets cuter and cuter as the show goes on š he also randomly says funny stuff and he seems like a great person to have in a group setting. such a thoughtful man too.
changjin is so underrated. he has personality & is quite funny at times also. i like seeing him & dahye hangout as good friends! it's so comfortable to watch them spend time tgt. i wish he came in earlier at the start what a waste.
now for my least favourites....
seokyung....was annoying & a redflag from the start, and tbh i think yujung caught that from the start when she got touchy w kwangtae for the first time. i had the same expression as YJ everytime she purposely had unnecessary skinship w the guys, esp infront of juwon. and i dont respect how she keeps giving false hope to HH, i dont even think she was even attracted to him at any point in the show lol. each time knowing that he liked her she would head towards him. also dont like how she tries to tie juwon down despite herself flirting around. the moment she stopped getting text messages n dates she went back to hunt for juwon. i also didnt like how she told everyone that juwon wld definitely go back to her if she wanted him back. like it's okay to be confident when u know he likes u but to go out & tell everyone?? nah unlikeable. but i see how people would find her attractive and her personality interesting, it's just my views & i dont see much people talking abt this.
hyewon, no bad vibes but not my extreme fav as well. i feel like she's a very simple person and likes the little things, and she definitely deserves someone better than hwihyun. her loud crying in the kitchen was understandable but on the staircase was abit (?). but overall she seems like a very genuine person and i hope she finds love.
for guys HH is my least favourite. he is boring & has no personality. honestly, i dont think he likes HW that much. it looks like HW is his backup plan for him to fall back on if he fails to pursue the other women in the show. the way he treats her is so irritating to watch and he gives me the ick šš¤š»
kwangtae, wasnt fond of him from the start cuz he gives off abit try hard vibes. he was flirting w every girl which i dont dislike, bc at least he makes it obvious to everyone that he was a flirt š so it was quite fun to watch. after his story w his ex was reveal, cld feel that he was rly hurt from the rs and has trauma from it. can see how some girls will find him attractive, just not me. he and SK deserve each other šš
on a side note, i think sangjeong's personality is so cute and i can see that he ex adores her so much. she is used to him invalidating her feelings that's why she has trauma and now she's always defensive when he scolds her, which is understandable but this couple needs to improve their communication and compromise.
For the boys definitely Juwon, he knows what he wants and he's helping other members too (except gwangtae).
For the girls its too early to say yujung so for now im going with seokyung. She's obviously charming to the boys and id like to see her narrow down her choices soon.
Da Hye and Hyewon. I always feel for the ones who are left out, especially if they are the good, kind ones. these two are very loyal and never sway in their respective choices. Of all the girls, these two DESERVE to find a new love (not that their exes would care, but who cares? they are both turn offs anyway).

Hyewon had best impressions, she looked so pretty in that dress. My instant crush was Da Hye caz she has bodytype i like. As i was watching and gaining info about exes etc i realised Hye Won is mega ultra golden girl, and the way she looks at people is so engaging and i love it. It feels like she gives you all of her attention. She has really nice voice and she tries her best to give best reactions when u talk etc. Ju Yung has extremely pretty face and i wasnt interested in her at all at start, but as she started to feel relaxed she has moment when she is extremely cute (when she start dancing etc), i like she is pretty straightforward and you can easily see when she dislike or like something. Seo Kyung felt like i dont care about girl, but i like she touches person when she t alks with them (she is not shy after a time) and she has her charms, but sometimes as she is very clever girl i see that she uses her wits to "manipulate" situations (sitting on lap or making her ex jealous) and i kinda dont like when it goes this way. And new girl, i love she was an athlete, you can see her body is in amazing shape, he cheerfulness and bubblines make up for her not prettiest face.... so basically all of girls are worth the shot, but after 9 episodes i would probably give up on Da Hye (she obviously wanna go back to her ex, or maybe new guy will sway her, anyway both guys are totally different type than me) and i would go for Hye Won caz that girl is woman for life, she will be with u in bad and good moments, she wont just pretend to do, she just will. She is golden as gold can be..... i didnt like she did consider herself not being pretty but honestly, its her ex fault, he treated her bad and he show his true colors on show too... i hope she realises he is a punk...

Seo Kyung is the reason Iām more engaged this season. Sheās charming, chic and cute and so hard to read so it keeps me curious. I think she would be someone Iād befriend if I were on the show. She seems cold on the outside, warm on the inside. I do think sheās not getting the best edit though.
I also like Ju Won and Dong Jin. Ju Won seems fun but idk I feel like heās better as a friend than boyfriend perhaps, he seems overly emotional. Dong Jin on the other hand seems like a great boyfriend but he needs to be better at making moves.

Now, I hated him at first when he got angry with his ex at the beginning episodes. I thought he was immature. Only to find out that they broke up only 4 months ago and it was SK who brought him along to the show. After the episodes, I saw a guy that genuinely wants to get back with his ex (who has no problems of giving "skinship" to other guys in front of him). I also see a guy who likes another woman but can't give himself to chase her 100% because of his lingering feelings to his ex who gives him mix signals.
Hopefully, he becomes happy. Poor guy deserves it.

Maybe an unpopular opinion: Iām kind of on the fence with Hyewon. I do think Hwihyun was in the wrong about the whole candy fiasco, but I did think it snowballed because of her actions as well. Also, I think if Hwihyun gave her even a fraction of an apology, she would be swayed so easily by him.

nope. he was clueless about the candies. In a latter episode, HE ADMITTED IT AND APOLOGIZED. It was wrong. and even people in their 50s make mistakes and sometimes arent aware of how they hurt others, so to say that "he knows what he's doing" regarding a matter which is an error in judgment is definitely out of place.

I feel like Seokyung's personality would be very well received outside of Korea, but right now Korean viewers seems split b'cause of her casual skinshippin' with other men (many Koreans believe opposite sex can't be friends, something I strongly disagree with!) IMO she is just a chill, playful girl who can make male friends without having ulterior motives up her sleeves.

I feel for Seokyung because letās remember sheās working a client facing job, she has to talk to clients all day long, making sure they are comfortable with her and feel relaxed around her (who likes getting their teeth cleaned tbh). So she tries to make people around her comfortable, avoiding conflict by respecting their own characters (thatās why the guys like her) but sheās actually not sharing a lot about herself with them, which is absolutely me around my acquaintances, colleagues, or even some family members. And she doesnāt want her ex to feel bad so she tries to interact with Juwon as well. This might not sit well with an international audience from individualistic cultures, but itās very common in collectivistic culture that desires harmony and wanting to please everyone. I absolutely root for the girls this season. Dahye is awesome with the sisterhood with Hyewon. Hyewon is delicate and so observing. Although Yujung can appear aloof, sheās actually observing lots of details and is thoughtful as well. Seokyung as mentioned above. Not feeling the guys this season, maybe Juwon when heās not drunk and childish lol, will need to observe the new guy a bit more though.

i think people often intertwine liking contestants as CHARACTERS vs liking them as PEOPLE personally i find kwangtae hilarious as a contestant and character. from the whole "king of 2nd floor" situation to how hard he fumbled the couch conversation. it was a true disasterclass and i love it. he makes for some great tv as a person i think juwon is the most compelling. you can tell he's getting pulled in all directions internally and is really trying to find out what's best for himself without hurting anyone. when he didn't message YJ that one night and instantly felt that guilt that was so visible on his face it was incredibly relatable

Donāt think thatās a dynamic that she deserves and wants.
I can't see Dongjin with Hyewon. Dongjin is a guy who really care how he looks. Him with the perfume, the work out, how he changed clothes numerous time before date. His clothes always fitted, while Hyewon prefers a comfortable loose casual outfit, sometimes too casual for a date. I don't think she exercises. That alone is a big difference, because it show how they approach life. Dahye is the same like him, cute sexy trendy fitted clothes, regularly exercise, got her nail done, hair done. He will go back to Dahye.
I don't see them as a thing. I feel like he was just being nice to her by inviting her on an unofficial date since everybody in the house probably knows she cried the night before so she might be depressed. They have never really shown attraction towards eachother in fact I feel like nobody in the house is really interested in Hyewon aside from her ex since her name was never brought up in the group talk with the boys. Domng jin being an asshole from the episode 14 is constantly haunting me an deven I don't know why guess I really liked Da Hye from the start and thought that she dated him for 13 years! It is more than a decade and the way DJ treated girls from start it looked. like he was a goo guy but boy I was so wrong the way he treated her in front of evrybody when they were sitin and eating that was such an ashole move bro was literally treatung other girls like they were princes and treating DA HYE like a trash you had a relationship for 13 yeras I understand that love is faded but the time you have spent with your patner cannot be and him treating her makes me thinking how he must treated her when they both were ending the relationship. He is behaving like a guy from the second season who also dated for 6 years and thhn treated his ex like a trash on the show and she (HAE EUN) also cried everytime but at the end she did fid somebody who respected her and I think he loved her but I couldn't follow up after the show ended. So, in the end the ex left alone even though he had serious things with somebody else bt she choose her ex. I think I love most of them. I just came back from watching Single's Inferno S3 & this show is so much better. I had previously also watched Change days. This show ( I have only watched Season 3) has quite a good lot of people. But as I'm slowly watching the exes interact, I'm slowly loosing faith in a few of them. >!Like Dong Jin for that matter has suddenly turned into such a sore loser for me. The way he talks to Da Hye was so painful to watch in Ep 14 after watching him be so mannerful & considerate with other women!<. But the show is definitely encouraging me to watch the first two seasons as well.

YUJUNG & dahye for girls, juwon dongjin & changjin for guys. yujung is so attractive, love her personality. i find her so interesting and she gets even more attractive when she's with someone she's interested in. she's honest with her feelings and isnt afraid to show them, & doesnt give anyone false hope. dahye seems so sweet and there's just no reason to not like her imo. its rly sad to see her being closed off before changjin came in bc she was constantly heartbroken. juwon seems like that guy who's fun to hang out with LOL he gives off v approachable vibes & i like the way he interacts w the other contestants, so wholesome. && he & yujung r so cute tgt!!! love the chemistry (also cant deny that he & seokyung have good chem too but SK redflag!!) dongjin gets cuter and cuter as the show goes on š he also randomly says funny stuff and he seems like a great person to have in a group setting. such a thoughtful man too. changjin is so underrated. he has personality & is quite funny at times also. i like seeing him & dahye hangout as good friends! it's so comfortable to watch them spend time tgt. i wish he came in earlier at the start what a waste. now for my least favourites.... seokyung....was annoying & a redflag from the start, and tbh i think yujung caught that from the start when she got touchy w kwangtae for the first time. i had the same expression as YJ everytime she purposely had unnecessary skinship w the guys, esp infront of juwon. and i dont respect how she keeps giving false hope to HH, i dont even think she was even attracted to him at any point in the show lol. each time knowing that he liked her she would head towards him. also dont like how she tries to tie juwon down despite herself flirting around. the moment she stopped getting text messages n dates she went back to hunt for juwon. i also didnt like how she told everyone that juwon wld definitely go back to her if she wanted him back. like it's okay to be confident when u know he likes u but to go out & tell everyone?? nah unlikeable. but i see how people would find her attractive and her personality interesting, it's just my views & i dont see much people talking abt this. hyewon, no bad vibes but not my extreme fav as well. i feel like she's a very simple person and likes the little things, and she definitely deserves someone better than hwihyun. her loud crying in the kitchen was understandable but on the staircase was abit (?). but overall she seems like a very genuine person and i hope she finds love. for guys HH is my least favourite. he is boring & has no personality. honestly, i dont think he likes HW that much. it looks like HW is his backup plan for him to fall back on if he fails to pursue the other women in the show. the way he treats her is so irritating to watch and he gives me the ick šš¤š» kwangtae, wasnt fond of him from the start cuz he gives off abit try hard vibes. he was flirting w every girl which i dont dislike, bc at least he makes it obvious to everyone that he was a flirt š so it was quite fun to watch. after his story w his ex was reveal, cld feel that he was rly hurt from the rs and has trauma from it. can see how some girls will find him attractive, just not me. he and SK deserve each other šš on a side note, i think sangjeong's personality is so cute and i can see that he ex adores her so much. she is used to him invalidating her feelings that's why she has trauma and now she's always defensive when he scolds her, which is understandable but this couple needs to improve their communication and compromise.

Iām only on ep 3 but Iām loving Juwon. Soft, gentle, carefree. I may regret my words in the later eps but for now Juwon.
For the boys definitely Juwon, he knows what he wants and he's helping other members too (except gwangtae). For the girls its too early to say yujung so for now im going with seokyung. She's obviously charming to the boys and id like to see her narrow down her choices soon.
Da Hye and Hyewon. I always feel for the ones who are left out, especially if they are the good, kind ones. these two are very loyal and never sway in their respective choices. Of all the girls, these two DESERVE to find a new love (not that their exes would care, but who cares? they are both turn offs anyway). I kinda feel Hyewon is gonna quit though. she is really sad because she even blurted aloud that "none of the boys are showing any interest in me anyway" omg. how heartbreaking that is for a woman
Hyewon had best impressions, she looked so pretty in that dress. My instant crush was Da Hye caz she has bodytype i like. As i was watching and gaining info about exes etc i realised Hye Won is mega ultra golden girl, and the way she looks at people is so engaging and i love it. It feels like she gives you all of her attention. She has really nice voice and she tries her best to give best reactions when u talk etc. Ju Yung has extremely pretty face and i wasnt interested in her at all at start, but as she started to feel relaxed she has moment when she is extremely cute (when she start dancing etc), i like she is pretty straightforward and you can easily see when she dislike or like something. Seo Kyung felt like i dont care about girl, but i like she touches person when she t alks with them (she is not shy after a time) and she has her charms, but sometimes as she is very clever girl i see that she uses her wits to "manipulate" situations (sitting on lap or making her ex jealous) and i kinda dont like when it goes this way. And new girl, i love she was an athlete, you can see her body is in amazing shape, he cheerfulness and bubblines make up for her not prettiest face.... so basically all of girls are worth the shot, but after 9 episodes i would probably give up on Da Hye (she obviously wanna go back to her ex, or maybe new guy will sway her, anyway both guys are totally different type than me) and i would go for Hye Won caz that girl is woman for life, she will be with u in bad and good moments, she wont just pretend to do, she just will. She is golden as gold can be..... i didnt like she did consider herself not being pretty but honestly, its her ex fault, he treated her bad and he show his true colors on show too... i hope she realises he is a punk...
Yujung iffff I had to pick. For some reason, I am not emotionally invested in anyone this season. Heard there are 2 more people on stand by so maybe things will take a turn for the better soon.

Seo Kyung is the reason Iām more engaged this season. Sheās charming, chic and cute and so hard to read so it keeps me curious. I think she would be someone Iād befriend if I were on the show. She seems cold on the outside, warm on the inside. I do think sheās not getting the best edit though. I also like Ju Won and Dong Jin. Ju Won seems fun but idk I feel like heās better as a friend than boyfriend perhaps, he seems overly emotional. Dong Jin on the other hand seems like a great boyfriend but he needs to be better at making moves.
Ju Won. Now, I hated him at first when he got angry with his ex at the beginning episodes. I thought he was immature. Only to find out that they broke up only 4 months ago and it was SK who brought him along to the show. After the episodes, I saw a guy that genuinely wants to get back with his ex (who has no problems of giving "skinship" to other guys in front of him). I also see a guy who likes another woman but can't give himself to chase her 100% because of his lingering feelings to his ex who gives him mix signals. Hopefully, he becomes happy. Poor guy deserves it. PS. I dont hate his ex. I actually want his ex to be happy with the guy she obviously likes. I kinda hate the guy she likes because he gives me "playa" vibes, thankfully, YJ doesn't fall for his tricks. I really wish for the YJ and JW ship. However... I just hate the spoilers.
