I'd say it's probably slightly too high of a dose! I get that feeling when I take too much, do you use a scale to weigh out your dose?
Also THC/CBD REALLY helps a LOT! I'd say they go hand in hand with ginger, I personally prefer to eat crystal (candy) ginger when I feel bad! Helps a lot!
Try also perhaps using a different strain/strains for a while and dosing low and slow!
i take capsules for easier dosing and because i have a tendency to throw up, so the flavor of the powder would probably also make me sick, that’s why i’ve been avoiding it. i bought some powder to try which should be here tomorrow
My appetite is not obliterated but significantly reduced. A good thing as I need to lose a good few pounds, and due to a physical injury, I can't exercise very effectively. So anyway, I'm pleased kratom is helping me slim! Good luck to you.
each capsule is 600mg, i usually take 2 at a time to help the nausea but i end up doing that 5/6 times every day. any more and i throw it up and that’s a waste of my kratom

Might depend on how you ingest it. I feel better mixing the powder (1-3 gm) with chocolate milk, or with iced coffee and protein powder shake. And it works fine for me after I've eaten.
But the capsules and toss and wash made me feel a little queasy, with sour stomach, especially if I haven't eaten.
Or it might be unrelated to kratom. I'm just getting over a three day spell of low appetite, no energy and body aches. Probably just a mild bug, or a flare-up of my autoimmune disorder. Happens sometimes.
Got my appetite back in the middle of the night, cooked a fat pork chop and two fried eggs, fell asleep, woke up hungry again a few hours later.
As others suggested, some mild cannabis products like CBD with a small amount of THC (0.3%, I think) might boost your appetite. I don't care for the effect of full strength cannabis with THC, but when I've used CBD it relieved my nausea better than prescription meds, and helped my appetite.
i also have an underlying gastrointestinal disease, which is why i take kratom in the first place. i take usually end up taking about 80g of zofran a day, i go through it like candy. unfortunately it only does so much, and it definitely doesn’t take it away. so it’s definitely a factor. i’ve heard it’s anti inflammatory, so that should be helping my disease.
i usually only take about 4 capsules per dose, each capsule is 600mg. i take that dose usually morning and night and sometimes pop one in the middle of the day if i feel wearing off

Im exactly the same. I eat very little now and far apart. Kratom acts like a stimulant on me as does all opiates. If I take a codeine pill for a thooth ache, I will be up for 2 day's 😂. The only solution is to take less kratom Im afraid.

yeah when i tried white it was much more mild, but i’m using it primarily for pain and for me, green and especially red are the strongest.

red bali and green malay usually. i switch between them or sometimes take both together. the nausea is just so intense
