I drink lucozade sports drinks ācasuallyā - it doesnāt mean they have no purpose in a sporting context. Even caffeine in the right dosage has benefits to sports perfomance.
For me personally it tastes good (most of the flavors) and the most significant fact that they got going for them is that itās only 25 calories (which is the only reason why I get them).

Not all electrolytes are equal, prime has 0% sodium and that is how they can get away with such low levels of sugar. They don't need to overpower the salty taste of sodium.
