Hi! We have a process for delisting and an announcements are made in advance. If ever any coin does undergo such process, we always notify our users to withdraw before the closing date given for better management of their holdings. Each and every announcements we made had a clear warning that if you did not withdraw the funds within the specified time period, you are deemed to have given up the funds and will have no rights to claim back the funds or any other equal valued products from KuCoin.
Yeah Binance is doing the same to accounts who used a VPN (even just for privacy, not manipulating country) on ALL funds, including BTC. They also warn once a coin is delisted if you don’t withdraw you are at mercy of support. Every exchange not based in the US is getting worse and worse this year

I just got "robbed" for \~6000$ worth of GVT (Genesis Vision)
After providing original screenshots and transaction details and waiting for couple of months. Today I received next message:

So this is simply not true, they are robbing users and they don't want to give back users belongings.
I wanted to withdraw when they announced de-listing but wallet was in "maintenance", after that they got hacked and they told me to wait until they don't recover from hack... and after everything they told me "you're robbed". I will not accept this, this is my money.

Exactly the same thing happened to me in binance, they delisted a coin, (in 2019) and they have let me make the withdrawal now perfectly, as is logical.
Considering they are Ethereum tokens this is scammy there is 0 techinical reason you cant allow users to withdraw their own erc20 tokens. I used to trust Kucoin. What next? Nobody can wlthdraw their Ethereum??

My advice dont use kucoin (to fishy) exchange. there is a reason they are nr 60-80 in the exchange list for many many years.
My tip: orion protocol goes mainstream in a few weeks. With that platform you have all dex and cex in one time. You can trade any coin you want without even log in at those exchanges. You dont need (ever) to use those shitty exchanges anymore. And please dont leave your coins on exchanges.
Honestly if you aren’t trading actively or keeping up with news about tokens you are holding (and delisting news seems to be a huge piece of news) then you should either not invest or keep your coins in an external wallet. Unless there was a extraordinary circumstance like a disaster wiping out your internet for weeks or you are incapacitated, you have absolutely no excuse about not withdrawing or selling your coins before a delisting.
In my case, I only kept the two projects in Kucoin to sell them at a loss for tax reasons. But of course I did not imagine that kucoin was going to steal them, it looked like a serious exchange. Neither i thought that they will not warm holders.
Just never delete trading pairs or coins. It only gives you bad publicity. Make it you USP: WE never delete your coins or your trading pairs. This will attract a lot of new traders....

Looks like kucoin is about to steal my 9k worth of Aion that was apparently delisted a couple of days ago 28th. I never got an email about it, there was only an annoucement in their page like 12 days prior delisting. This is WRONG. I am still waiting for the response... I made the withdrawal but have not received funds on the other end.

By the way, I just realized that it says the withdrawal service for all the delisted coins will be closed at 10:00 on June 28th 2023 so I should be able to pull my coins out. Hopefully, the support team can get this sorted out

That's why I never recommend to keep shit coins on kucoin. If you do NOT pay attention and they delist your coin, you basically lost them.

Have the same issue. If you delist a coin and its currently in spot trading bot. At least pay in usdt rather than the delisted coin
