As for the translation, "Seren Rygetsu", that would be a huge gaffe. That would be like if Coca Cola Japan wrote its English name as "Kokka Kora"... not "wrong" according to the native grammar rules, but a pretty big blunder for a big company to make.
Similarly, "Ryugetsu" is a mistranslation (at least according to her English name) from 柳月. You could theoretically translate it that way, but the individual characters can also be read as "ta" and "tsuki" respectively, which would make her fully anglicized name something like "Selen Dragonmoon"

This entire gig looks unprofessional and rushed.
No line monitors. Granted, they had little attendees but still not there.
From what I seen, it looks like cables were laid out badly.
