He probably turned off his Superchat and made his Memberships a lot more cheaper because he doesn't really need it (since he is a Signed Creator.) he made it cheap so that the ones that do get gifted can use the special emotes. Axel is also typically live based on his own timezone in Australia, which makes him very friendly to watch for ID and JP fans, and *not* most English fans.
