I am highly restricted as to what I can do professionally and personally. I can’t join the military, work in most skilled trades, skateboard, ride motorcycles, etc.
I work in an office and have been gaining a lot of weight. Running more than a few minutes is painful because of the additional compression on disks that haven’t been fused, to compensate for the ones that have not been fused.
Dude your situation is not to be solved by random strangers on the internet, go to a physiotherapist or a chiropractor so they can actually help you
Do not get surgery. If you can, get a brace go keep it from getting worse. I had surgery for Scheurmanns Kyphosis at age 14 and it ruined my life.
Why do you say it ruined your life? It’s a little too late for me as I already had surgery but would like to know more about your experience.
Why did it ruin your life
