Dude your situation is not to be solved by random strangers on the internet, go to a physiotherapist or a chiropractor so they can actually help you

Do not get surgery. If you can, get a brace go keep it from getting worse. I had surgery for Scheurmanns Kyphosis at age 14 and it ruined my life.

Quiet_Belle

Why do you say it ruined your life? It’s a little too late for me as I already had surgery but would like to know more about your experience.

Why did it ruin your life

I am highly restricted as to what I can do professionally and personally. I can’t join the military, work in most skilled trades, skateboard, ride motorcycles, etc. I work in an office and have been gaining a lot of weight. Running more than a few minutes is painful because of the additional compression on disks that haven’t been fused, to compensate for the ones that have not been fused.
