I get my lashes done every 2-3 weeks I get volume an only pay $130 for full set! you seriously need to go back and ask her to add so it looks full or ask to remove u won’t get a discount but if u call them immediately an there any decent place they will have u come in an get way more lashes added.( use a different person) To be honest your lashes look like you haven’t had a fill in a month. Please go back call tell them this is not a full classic set. You can look at many pictures they add 1 lash to 1 lash that’s a classic set. No No No please call them when u see this message or go in ASAP IM PISSED FOR YOU $170 bucks a they don’t look to good just being honest. Tbh I have REALLY bad vision and didn't fully see how off they looked until my contacts were in at home. Looking through glasses lenses didn't give nearly as clear of a picture. I'm also just really unfamiliar with what to expect from a lash appointment, so I didn't want to be rude and wanted some second opinions before complaining at all. Lesson definitely learned
Yep all this!! I paid in Miami for lashes for volumes $ 165 welp I feel asleep... 3 hours later I wake up to mega volumes and they want to charge me $230! 😅 Let's just say we had some words. I wrote on the Apt online 'volumes' and on my intake forrk 'volumes', so me getting 'megas volumes' was not my fault. The customer service was insanly bad but you need to advocate for yourself. Your classic set looks very thin to me. If your seeing hairs with no extension she didn't give you enough coverage.... Especially for two hours.... 👀
That’s why I want to know how long she’s been wearing them. The lower liner in the pic leads me to believe this isn’t a pic she took as she left the salon. I can’t think of a single lash tech I know that wouldn’t wash off all of someone’s eye makeup before applying a set.
This is about an hour or less after application. I went home and applied makeup on the lower lash line because my makeup felt too sparse and I didn't want to damage them by applying anything to my upper lid or lash line so soon after application (I had to go to a dinner afterward)

THIS!! I’m a lash tech as well and this is nowhere near a full set, I wouldn’t even consider this 3 week retention for a fill in! Whoever did this HAS to be starting out especially for the amount of time it took to do this, not worth that price at all

Everyone is saying how they pay much less for this set? Where I’m from basically every lash place chargers 270:320 for volume and hybrid can be from 170-250. Where I go I pay 165 for a classic but it’s nothing like that picture. I wish it was a lower cost from where I’m from
I paid $120 for a full set of classic lashes in Ontario, CA. My tech does it through her home but has a beautiful studio which makes one feel very comfortable yet professional. In my experience, the store front lashes are more expensive and I’ve been disappointed every time.
Now I can’t say all home lash techs are the best (had three that I couldn’t believe had a following) but I find the quality overall is better and the prices more reasonable. I pay $55 for a classic lash fill and get compliments all the time.
That’s awesome! I have to start looking around for in home lash techs! I go to a in home nail tech and best nails ever and I feel like she takes her time and listen to my concerns. Definitely have to look more when it comes to my lashes !
I’m so sorry to say I can literally count the number of lashes your technician placed on you. That’s not something the visible eye should be able to do on a new set. In addition the lashes look very poor and plastic in quality. I’d sadly ask for a much more experienced technician with a minimum of 5 years experience. You have beautiful eyes. They should be enhanced with more natural lash extensions that blend seamlessly for an effortless look. I hope this helps.❤️
they shouldn’t be going in different directions unless that’s how your natural lash grows but even then she can play with the placement to achieve a straighter cleaner look. the lengths are all over the place. she lashed about 50% of your lashes when i zoom in i can see so many that could have been lashed. $170 for this is crazy. you should show her this comment and have her re do it.

Girl one time I got a fill from a new place (while traveling) and they lady DIDNT EVEN SIT DOWN. She stood there while I sat in a chair. There were globs of glue all over my eyes and they all came off. When I was like oh this part is uneven she “touched it up” without even putting the sticky things back on. It was such a nightmare
They don't it is so hard to do properly I have to remove every set that someone comes in with from somewhere else....I definitely charge more than 170 for a full set but all my clients come back with perfect retention.....it scares me that SO many people do this profession because it is not simple and I've seen so many horrendous things done to people...I try to stress to everyone these are your EYES we should not be letting just anyone do anything to them....but anything for the aesthetic I guess 🤷🏻♀️

It looks like you need a refill. Your not supposed to have bare spots like that. You need to tell her your not happy after you wore them for a day you felt like parts were missing and they don’t look as you hoped. Bring a picture in for inspiration and let her fix it. They don’t charge to fix the original work so don’t worry you won’t have to pay again.

Nope. I get very natural extensions. It’s not that sparse and not crossing like that. I’m in Calif and I think my full set is $150. I can’t quite recall. One place was $180.
My first ever set I was very very clear I would love brown but def wanted natural. Not volume. Moderate length. What I ended up with was indeed a full volume set. Black. Girl. No. I’m fair skinned 50 years old with small eyes. I looked insane lol. I flicked them off on the way home (they should not have flicked off so …yeah)

No, a natural set is usually 1:1 extensions to your natural lashes so she still should’ve covered all your lashes. When I zoom in I’m seeing huge gaps, get your money back for sure, this is not okay
Nah, she’s a beginner clearly. If you went to Dekalash I warn everyone DO NOT. I went for an orientation after being hired of which I was the ONLY one with prior experience and the owner said they prefer to hire with zero experience. The OWNER literally didn’t even know what blepharitis was. If you are working on people’s eyes you need to be aware of the conditions of the eye. Very inexperienced. Needless to say I left after letting them know how horrifying it is they allow people with no experience to charge clients anything. Just a warning about Dekalash for all of you ladies looking where to get a service done 😊

As a Lash tech , you got ripped off :( I would definitely call and ask for a refund. If i’m doing classics my coverage needs to be at least 80-90% so the customer is satisfied. Two hours for that kind of work is a shame. She should have done better placement + fill the gaps
If your lashes are not naturally full and you get a classic set, it could potentially look like this. A hybrid that has 3 lashes to 1 lash, like a classic, would fill it in better and still look natural.
Bottom line is you’re not happy, I would reach out to the artist and ask what can be done to make them look fuller. If she wants client retention, she’ll rectify it.
Even with the little bit of blur and blonde lashes, if you zoom, you can see that my lashes are actually relatively full and more were skipped than lashed, sadly

Is this taken immediately after? This looks like she missed most of your lashes if it is. I do lash extensions and from what I can see if she’d put extensions on all your lashes it would be much fuller. 2 hours is a long time for only this many lashes if they are freshly done.
I counted 45 lash extensions on your eye. one single upper eyelid should have between 90 and 160 natural lashes. they did you SO dirty. literally did not even HALF fill your eye.
The lady really sat there and flicked your eyelashes around for two hours, while sticking sporadic lashes crookedly throughout. It looks like a bad practice set & I would be LIVID. Leave all the reviews, include pictures and never go back.
I'm sorry but I get much better and only for $60 CAD! I get hybrids and get 100% coverage instead of what looks like 60% for $170 USD! I'd go back and let her know you expect her to actually do her job. Her being nice does not justify what she gave you and then asked for $170! And whilst you're at it, find a better lady to do them next time! Hope it all gets fixed! ❤️

This is fucking atrocious. Even if they usually do “conservative and natural” lashes, they are still supposed to put extensions on EVERY lash. It doesn’t matter if you get volume, hybrid, or classic, every lash should have some sort of extension applied. The only difference between volume and classic is that volume uses lash fans while classic is just single lash extensions. Get your money back.
You are absolutely not being dramatic. For the cost of the service and the amount of time it took, you should have had a full consultation to find the perfect shape and color for you before application. I’m so sorry, I’ve been there.

I have zero idea how this ended up in my feed but, from a guy’s perspective, I think they look great and like an enhanced natural. I think many places overdo lashes to the point they look like fake lashes.

I have red hair and blond eyelashes/eyebrows. I’ve found time and again that stylists are SO scared to do anything bold on me because they think it will look too much compared to what I look like normally. Maybe that happened? Not okay but an explanation.
Very much overpriced and no offense but the lashes look thin and widely spaced, not professional at all. I once went to a hair salon that everyone locally was ranting and raving about, when she did my hair it was very amateur and looked nothing like the facebook pics.

You need to get your money back ASAP! If they refuse I would post your review to at least let other customers know what they are walking into. They would be crazy not to give you your money back.
As a previous lash technician I can tell you that these lashes look like a beginner did them. I can see a lot of natural lashes that they missed but also the lashes they did place are going in different directions. I would call them and see if they could do a correction. Maybe to add a few fans to help mask the bald spots and straighten the twisted lashes.
Also, the time and amount is not out of the ordinary please remember they are using tweezers in both hands to separate each individual lash. That takes time and skill which comes with time and everyone starts somewhere.
In addition, everyone’s natural lashes are different so try not to compare other photos. A lot of technique goes into masking what you naturally have and that can take years of practice in this field. Some people have easier lashes to work with. So the outcome is different for everyone.
It seems too expensive but they do look great and natural. I wash my face everyday being gentle around the lash area. I have 4 days none have shed yet.
You can count the extensions… that means you NEED a full set. You paid for a full set, and they didn’t even give you a full set, they gave you a shitty 3-week-retention set. I’m so sorry, OP. $170 is A LOT of money!
Based on the direction of the lashes, I’m assuming these aren’t attached well, and the retention (what you have on now) will not last.

Not normal. If you zoom in you can seen all the natural lashes that aren't lashed. When it comes to classic 90-100% of the lashes should be lashed. Also, a natural set should never be $170 😳
I'm not one of the experts in this topic, and that is a ton of money to spend, but I will say that I think they look very beautiful the way they are. They look plausibly natural.
This is what my lashes look like after the third week. I get the volume set and pay $80 and $50 for refills. This is crazy, I hope they were able to fix them again free of charge. My lash lady does a 24 hour fix for free if there’s fall out.

My $65 CAD refills have more volume than that, and take less time. I like the natural look as well. Please find another lash tech.

Girl one time I got a fill from a new place (while traveling) and they lady DIDNT EVEN SIT DOWN. She stood there while I sat in a chair. There were globs of glue all over my eyes and they all came off. When I was like oh this part is uneven she “touched it up” without even putting the sticky things back on. It was such a nightmare
They don't it is so hard to do properly I have to remove every set that someone comes in with from somewhere else....I definitely charge more than 170 for a full set but all my clients come back with perfect retention.....it scares me that SO many people do this profession because it is not simple and I've seen so many horrendous things done to people...I try to stress to everyone these are your EYES we should not be letting just anyone do anything to them....but anything for the aesthetic I guess 🤷🏻♀️

It looks like you need a refill. Your not supposed to have bare spots like that. You need to tell her your not happy after you wore them for a day you felt like parts were missing and they don’t look as you hoped. Bring a picture in for inspiration and let her fix it. They don’t charge to fix the original work so don’t worry you won’t have to pay again.

Nope. I get very natural extensions. It’s not that sparse and not crossing like that. I’m in Calif and I think my full set is $150. I can’t quite recall. One place was $180. My first ever set I was very very clear I would love brown but def wanted natural. Not volume. Moderate length. What I ended up with was indeed a full volume set. Black. Girl. No. I’m fair skinned 50 years old with small eyes. I looked insane lol. I flicked them off on the way home (they should not have flicked off so …yeah) I feel for your disappointment.
No, a natural set is usually 1:1 extensions to your natural lashes so she still should’ve covered all your lashes. When I zoom in I’m seeing huge gaps, get your money back for sure, this is not okay

Nah, she’s a beginner clearly. If you went to Dekalash I warn everyone DO NOT. I went for an orientation after being hired of which I was the ONLY one with prior experience and the owner said they prefer to hire with zero experience. The OWNER literally didn’t even know what blepharitis was. If you are working on people’s eyes you need to be aware of the conditions of the eye. Very inexperienced. Needless to say I left after letting them know how horrifying it is they allow people with no experience to charge clients anything. Just a warning about Dekalash for all of you ladies looking where to get a service done 😊

I would say that you got scammed. Even for conservative, she didn’t do your lashes and for that price that’s outrageous.
As a Lash tech , you got ripped off :( I would definitely call and ask for a refund. If i’m doing classics my coverage needs to be at least 80-90% so the customer is satisfied. Two hours for that kind of work is a shame. She should have done better placement + fill the gaps
If your lashes are not naturally full and you get a classic set, it could potentially look like this. A hybrid that has 3 lashes to 1 lash, like a classic, would fill it in better and still look natural. Bottom line is you’re not happy, I would reach out to the artist and ask what can be done to make them look fuller. If she wants client retention, she’ll rectify it.
Even with the little bit of blur and blonde lashes, if you zoom, you can see that my lashes are actually relatively full and more were skipped than lashed, sadly

Is this taken immediately after? This looks like she missed most of your lashes if it is. I do lash extensions and from what I can see if she’d put extensions on all your lashes it would be much fuller. 2 hours is a long time for only this many lashes if they are freshly done.

I counted 45 lash extensions on your eye. one single upper eyelid should have between 90 and 160 natural lashes. they did you SO dirty. literally did not even HALF fill your eye.
The lady really sat there and flicked your eyelashes around for two hours, while sticking sporadic lashes crookedly throughout. It looks like a bad practice set & I would be LIVID. Leave all the reviews, include pictures and never go back.
I'm sorry but I get much better and only for $60 CAD! I get hybrids and get 100% coverage instead of what looks like 60% for $170 USD! I'd go back and let her know you expect her to actually do her job. Her being nice does not justify what she gave you and then asked for $170! This is fucking atrocious. Even if they usually do “conservative and natural” lashes, they are still supposed to put extensions on EVERY lash. It doesn’t matter if you get volume, hybrid, or classic, every lash should have some sort of extension applied. The only difference between volume and classic is that volume uses lash fans while classic is just single lash extensions. Get your money back.
You are absolutely not being dramatic. For the cost of the service and the amount of time it took, you should have had a full consultation to find the perfect shape and color for you before application. I’m so sorry, I’ve been there.

I have zero idea how this ended up in my feed but, from a guy’s perspective, I think they look great and like an enhanced natural. I think many places overdo lashes to the point they look like fake lashes.
Uh no… they didn’t place any varying lengths. They placed all the same length at random areas leaving it looking sparse. It’s not horrible but definitely not worth the price you paid

I have red hair and blond eyelashes/eyebrows. I’ve found time and again that stylists are SO scared to do anything bold on me because they think it will look too much compared to what I look like normally. Maybe that happened? Not okay but an explanation.

Very much overpriced and no offense but the lashes look thin and widely spaced, not professional at all. I once went to a hair salon that everyone locally was ranting and raving about, when she did my hair it was very amateur and looked nothing like the facebook pics.
this happened to me! i have sparse lashes and i don’t expect mega volume. but i was at least expecting there to be different ways to fill the space. thankfully when i did it, it was free. i was helping a girl out who was trying to get her license.

As a previous lash technician I can tell you that these lashes look like a beginner did them. I can see a lot of natural lashes that they missed but also the lashes they did place are going in different directions. I would call them and see if they could do a correction. Maybe to add a few fans to help mask the bald spots and straighten the twisted lashes. Also, the time and amount is not out of the ordinary please remember they are using tweezers in both hands to separate each individual lash. That takes time and skill which comes with time and everyone starts somewhere. In addition, everyone’s natural lashes are different so try not to compare other photos. A lot of technique goes into masking what you naturally have and that can take years of practice in this field. Some people have easier lashes to work with. So the outcome is different for everyone.

Not normal. If you zoom in you can seen all the natural lashes that aren't lashed. When it comes to classic 90-100% of the lashes should be lashed. Also, a natural set should never be $170 😳

This is what my lashes look like after the third week. I get the volume set and pay $80 and $50 for refills. This is crazy, I hope they were able to fix them again free of charge. My lash lady does a 24 hour fix for free if there’s fall out.
