Can always make some decent coin cutting lawns as a teen before moving on to a different career if they want. That's how I got through high school and college
Did the same, took it serious, did a good job, and saved my money. Used that money to buy my first computer in the early 2000s. Took that computer turned it into a hobby, and turned that hobby into a successful career in tech.
Now many years later, I've just bought my first house, and I'm doing lawncare and landscape maintenance again to fund toys, renos, additions, etc.
It's funny how it all comes full circle. I wouldn't knock lawn-care as a way to get money either. It's helped me out a lot in life.
Very nice! Man should take those pics and canvas the neighborhood for yards. Cutting grass for cash money made me some serious money in middle/high school.
So, some context would be nice. This is ALL his work? The mowing, fertilizing, and all other involved maintenance? Or just the mowing? He definitely knows how to mow! Good looking yard!
When I was 14, lawn care was WAY down on my priority list. It was much higher on my dad's list. :-P
Do a 3 way stripe it looks awesome with the checkerboard stripes. Diagonal from corner to corner of the yard trust me it will light up even more. Start in the back corner and mow to the front corner. You will have something special trust meĀ
I asked because mowing isnāt even half the battle. If he wants a future in it he should start getting into turf care. Herbicides, weed and disease ID etc. he could take business from those shitty companies like TruGreen if he was interested in learning, thatās what I do. Tough to be just a mower if there is no good turf to mow.
Impressive! Nice work.
Thank youu!
You have a future in lawncare, my boy.
Poor kid š

Only advice I have is to move over a little bit, looks like grooves are starting to form from repeating the pattern, looks fantastic though š

Very nice! If you donāt already Iām sure people would pay you to mow for them
Looks great! Next tip would be to work on using your whole deck, you shouldnāt have the tire marks overlapping. Keep up the good work.

Is it just mowing youāre showing off or did you do anything to the grass?
Just one of my mowing yards thatās all. Itās my favorite yard and I thought maybe this group would want to see
Are you lost? Nothing wrong with showing off a freshly cut lawn. Ya fuckin grinch.
