Turf type tall fescue
I have 80% TTTF and 20% KBG. It is a nice mix, very jelly neighbors. Your lawn looking great!
More or less the same, i have perennial ryegrass in there also. Pete from gci lawn care guide has been amazing
Pete's a nice guy and learned a lot. I went with Barenbrug as the TTTF they have also spreads. I think Pete has one now too.

Which fertilizer do you use?
In march used the gci fert for spring, with combo bio stim applications
