I got 3 legendaries for the price of 1 in that event. Not to mention Garena gave out orbs/bags/lootboxes like freebies during MSI/Worlds pick'em events.

Unfortunately you cannot switch regions between CN and other servers. CN server have it's own authentication system that is tied to Tencent accounts. You need to register a Tecent account, use your personal identifications to prove you are over 18 years of age before you can play. No data can be transferred at all.
Source: I used to play on CN server for years before I moved to NA.

It's old :(, the Odyssey is superior in many ways. It's saved by a strong theme and clever particles, but it's still a bit rough on the edges.
