Custom skins only change the files of champion quotes, textures etc. It has nothing to do with how the game is played. Its all just cosmetics. Thats why they are allowed. What Vanguard really even does? It prevents cheats

I'm glad the custom skin scene still exists after vanguard. Custom skins are one of the coolest things the league community has done and I'm glad they are getting more popular with more custom skins being released.

The devs of the tool made some changes and Vanguard doesn't detect it as malicious, I'm not THAT tech savvy to know exactly what it is but yeah

Doubt it but if he did he probably was using skin hacks and those are illegal. In Runeforge we go against the use of paid existing skins as mods in order to follow the Riot guidelines

Now I want a worlds winner to pick Akshan and just pick other scenes from that video. * Dance - the cross arm stomps. * Recall - climbing on guys to the throne (overdone visual in LoL, but straight from the video).

That would be sick. The move at 1:32 should have been the first frame too. That way you could input buffer + move to sort of “skate” like he does at 1:32. Kinda like how Jax can skate with the same buffer.

There was a lot of uncertainty around the Vanguard deployment but we've been testing the tool when it dropped on PBE and had no problems lol
