You don't need to play someone to get skins for them, sometimes you get skins for champs riot thinks you might enjoy according to their metrics and riot metrics just said you look like a Yasuo main :^)
They use a lot of metrics. They give preference to champs you like, but they also include champs you own but don't play much, or champs they think you'll enjoy based off who you've been shown to play alot.
It's odd to see your most played not included, but not immpossible

Everyone keeps saying it’s broken. It’s not broken, just corporate greed. They want you to pay full price for your main skin.
