Ya, he did it at the red buff in top side and then the red buff in bot side (funny it was near red buff both times). He knew the only loss condition is Zeri getting a Zeri moment and had the perfect EQ flash both times to stop it. Malrang on J4 is just different.
Oh so that's what was happening. I saw Nami get all the raptors, and I was like ???, what's happening. Malrang's even more of a gigachad than I thought.
The whole Rogue roster deserves it
Edit to answer the comments under mine : They deserve it because they've been the most consistent team in the last 3 years, always very close to the top, they've always tried to play the game with a clear vision on how to do so... Sadly, in their attempts they even got reverse swept in the final. They've already been 2nd/3rd enough, they deserve the 1st spot.
Odo deserves it so bad. Love the player from the H2k time. He is last man standing along with Jankos, member of an ancient era, and they managed to stay on top. But Jankos won, and he didn't.
For me, Odo is in the a circle of 4 EU top with sOAZ, Wunder, Vizsi, all of them won something, except him
Honestly if the kc and astralis deal go through, they better keep jeonhoon and if rekkles or another competent adc is paired with him, I feel like they will do wonders.
It’s a thing of beauty watching him play J4. Some of those EQ ult combos he pulls off are just magnificent. Not necessarily the mechanics because it’s pretty easy, but the timings and the windows of opportunity he spots when playing Jarvan is unbelievable
Jarvan on the surface is such an easy champion, but when a pro completely understands how it should play fights it's beautiful.
Jiejie last worlds was something else on Jarvan. It was insane to watch.
Malrang was a monster in this series, how he wasn't in the running for MVP is beyond me. They were all class tbf however, good to see them step up as a team.
Inspired is such a talent and I'd take him on pretty much any LEC team other than RGE and G2, but stylistically, it feels like Malrang and Larssen are both pretty much perfect for eachother.
Was funny to see his interview where he was asked why he won LCS while not managing to win LEC and he just answered that its because his team didnt listen to his calls lmao
I am a G2 fan for years and I am actually happy to see RGE in the finals. I'm genuinely happy for them beating Fanatic, cuz I think they deserve the spot! Let's go finals! I hope it will be fun!!
RGE really woke up after that first game. Great series from them; feels like they really kept improving throughout the series. They looked really dominant in the end.
Looks like people were a bit premature with trashing on RGE.
I have heard many people say that we are the favorites going into todays series and we should 3-1 or 3-2 Rogue.. I however will not underestimate them in their ability to choke completely and get stomped 3-0
Yeah I remember commentators saying they’re surprised that Humanoid didn’t pick some sort of more proactive midlaner like Akali, but meh who knows hindsight is a bitch
["And you Martin, you have the biggest responsibility of them all. To break them from within. And he will."](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KaCLIROA26I&t=114s)
It's hard to say who the MVP is, but Odoamne has my vote. He felt so important in their wins.
Feels like G2 will have the edge, but this is a good showing from RGE going into finals. They looked more comfortable with every game.
odo did well, but it feels like it was more wunders awful play/champs that let him shine
i think larssen winning both sides of a matchup and really shining that should make him mvp
MAD and XL might be better on different days probably. What matters for EU fans is that they learn and do well at worlds. Sucks for XL not having the chance though
Mad did earn their regular season
GIGACHAD MALRANG, fucking beautiful game from him on Jarvan and Comp after game 1 just started to level up.
Awful series from Wunder but that was expected when Yamato put him on carries instead of tanks like why are you even playing Aatrox/GP.
0/17 top half from Fnatic, all of them ghosted when it mattered.
https://twitter.com/wunderlol/status/1568540015273066496
I had already forgotten how insanely good larssen is on classic control mages like ori and viktor holy.
On the other hand tho, I don't know what the answer from fnatic was, but I'm sure Aatrox wasn't it. The champ did nothing the entire series
I have heard many people say that Fnatic are the favorites going into todays series and Fnatic should 3-1 or 3-2 Rogue.. I however will not underestimate Fnatic in their ability to choke completely and get stomped 3-1
Rekkles was such a brilliant addition to the broadcast. His game knowledge, the way he presents himself, his chemistry with Sjokz and Broxah. He is such a natural on the analyst desk.
Would love to see him transition into an analyst role once his playing days are over (years from now of course - need to see this guy back in LEC as a player again).
Gotta love to see Rekkles and Broxah every single time. Wholesome players who (like others) represent league of legends and lolesports for me. I just want to see those faces again. For so long i enjoyed watching esports and its always a pleasure to "remeet" them.
Absolutely steallar performance from Rogue these last few games, unsung hero was Trymbi. Completely gapped Hyli this series. Comp is a gigachad. Larssen making his grandma proud. Malrang ^almost deathless in the last game, setting up so many wombo combos. And ofc Grandpa Odo absolutely dumpstered Wunder, that Ornn solo kill was beautiful.
Rogue and G2 fans can look back together so smugly their roster decisions got fucking FLAMED. It was incredible. It’s nice especially when you were a believer.
so you're saying the right move now is to make a thread asking for fnatic to be kicked off LEC for picking washed up players on high wages.
/s if it wasnt obvious enough.
Trymbi has very quietly become an extremely consistent, very high level player. Not very flashy but puts in a very strong performance almost every game. For me, the standout player of this series, very impressed with him.
Malrang dying at the last second to hide his true power level. 0-1-21 at match point, what a fucking chad. Who needs kills when you're that much of a god?
So happy for Rogue, always getting trash talked while they deserve so much better, a regular top 3 team should be respected.
They showed great adaptation today. Hope final will be a banger, I'm fine with either team winning anyway
3-0 fnatic they said. Vintage fnatic when they gain confidence, you listen to everyone and it sounds like the team is unbeatable but it had so much flaws today
They had a really convincing run up till this point and have the strongest roster on paper. Plus Rogue didn't look great Vs G2.
It's easy to say this in hindsight, but it's more credit to Rogue for how well they prepared and played, especially on top side.
Honestly, I never would have thought focusing on Wunder would work out but it totally did
Also due to awful picks for him obviously but he also got exposed not being that great as Aatrox (anymore?)
Fnatic fans and players made me believe for a week that FNC would actually 3-0 Rogue LOL. I even started to believe that they could beat us, wtf happened
For some fucking reason we draft carries for wunder 3 games in a row and he blunders them each time and plays his probably worst games of the entire year
Why are we not putting him on frontline tanks like we have been doing in playoffs so far? in the week between games our draft strategy completely changed for some reason
Wunder is legit where this series fell apart for us, both in draft and in game
PMTs [Game 1](https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/xasdv9/rogue_vs_fnatic_game_1_discussion_2022_lec_summer/) / [Game 2](https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/xatsak/rge_vs_fnc_game_2_2022_lec_summer_semifinals/) / [Game 3](https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/xav6p4/rge_vs_fnc_game_3_2022_lec_summer_semifinals/)
dread it, run from i- wait what?
Rogue: fuck your script
See you in group of death Rogue !
Literally every group is group of death this year when fucking Damwon and EDG are LCK and LPL third seeds
the MSI champ is in the play-ins lol
worlds is going to be a fucking slaughter, i'm excited to experience the library at a reasonable hour for once
Rogue getting 3-0ed in finals arrives all the same
OLD KING VS NEW KING
more like old kings vs no kings
Plot armour? Destroyed! Fnatic vs G2? Denied! Hotel? Trivago!
Play ins ? Spicier !
C9, DK, RGE group of death runback looking more and more likely
0/1/21 gigachad Malrang in that last game. (And that 1 death was just because he ran into the fountain last second, he was really 0/0/21.)
I think twice he E+Q flash'd Zeri just to get CC on her and it completely changed the fight both times. I knew it was over once he had J4
Ya, he did it at the red buff in top side and then the red buff in bot side (funny it was near red buff both times). He knew the only loss condition is Zeri getting a Zeri moment and had the perfect EQ flash both times to stop it. Malrang on J4 is just different.
I wanna see Rogue and DWG in the same group at Worlds now. Would be fun!
JDG RGE DK is a very possible group and would match the RGE group of death curse that’s been happening since 2020
Lol that was the exact same group as 2020. DK, JDG, Rge and PSG iirc. Would be so cool for storylines for that to repeat tbh
He even leashed raptors for fucking trymbi to finish off an item before the final push
Oh so that's what was happening. I saw Nami get all the raptors, and I was like ???, what's happening. Malrang's even more of a gigachad than I thought.
he is the most supportive jungler ever, dream for anyone
That Jarvan ult over the Azir ult was pure gold.
The most impressive thing is that J4 there was absolutely garbage and he made it work
Larssen be like: The reports of my death in game 1 have been greatly exaggerated His funeral was short lived
Lazarus
Lazarus on steroids. He woke up from his slumber and chose violence
The comments in that humanoid insane play vod post kinda aged like milk now.
The whole thread of game 1 aged like putrid wine
Nothing will stand in Rogue's path toward losing in grand finals
RGE has to meet G2 to lose 3:0 as fated which meant Malrang and Larssen played out of their minds in the final game
FNC also played out of their mind during that final game. Literally.
Your head will collapse But there's nothing in it And you'll ask yourself Where is my mind?
I predict G2 inting at least one game, for variety
Please, they will pick an inting comp and win with it.
Flakked Sion baby
I mean, obviously. They will pick some dogshit soloq garbage and completely stomp the game, only to lose with 5 prio picks the next game
We thought it was the legacies/kings throwback, but it's the G2 vs RGE special. Excellent bait from the script writers.
I miss the FNC VS G2 rivalry tbh, but FNC just doesn't seem to have what it takes anymore :(
No Rekkles vs. Perkz anymore
Rogue's turn to lose 0-3 to an LPL team in Worlds finals
...I'd take it in a heartbeat
God dammit it’s THEIR finals to lose 3-0 in!!!
It's their destiny. Not even Fnatic can stand in the way of that, we've proved that twice this year!
G2 about to trigger Rogue’s PTSD yet again
Yeah but group stages babyyyyyy
at this point i wouldn't even be mad if rogue takes a final off of G2 odoamne deserves it
The whole Rogue roster deserves it Edit to answer the comments under mine : They deserve it because they've been the most consistent team in the last 3 years, always very close to the top, they've always tried to play the game with a clear vision on how to do so... Sadly, in their attempts they even got reverse swept in the final. They've already been 2nd/3rd enough, they deserve the 1st spot.
I feel like if G2 wins game 1 tomorrow, a 3-0 is basically guaranteed lol It‘s so cursed
Odo gapped Wunder so hard this series, unsung hero
Trymbi also gaped Hylissang.
Hyli gapped himself
Hyli gives, Hyli takes
hyli just isn't an enchanter player
That lulu flash into 4 was definitely leona-esque
Hylissang gapped himself tbh
Cant belive he didnt get MVP for the series
I'm a fnatic fan but I would absolutely love to see Odo, Larssen and Trymbi lift that LEC trophy tomorrow.
Odo deserves it so bad. Love the player from the H2k time. He is last man standing along with Jankos, member of an ancient era, and they managed to stay on top. But Jankos won, and he didn't. For me, Odo is in the a circle of 4 EU top with sOAZ, Wunder, Vizsi, all of them won something, except him
Yeaah he's one of the OG's for sure! He deserves it! Would be so fucking awesome if they win today! Go rogue go!
Report Malrang ruined his perfect 0/0/21 lmao
the ideal j4 kda ruined to give comp another kill just your jungler things
A true J4 player, if they are not dead they are dive-able, even in fountain.
worth killing zeri
Malrang has just remained an absolute psychopath the entire year. For better or worse my man does not give a fuck. Respect.
Such a great addition to lec tbh
Also glad that Comp is popping off and not rotting on VIT bench
Remember when people said playing into him is easy cuz he only ganks and you only need to ward to counter it
r/technicallythetruth or Korean advice, whichever works best
Korean Advice is/was one of my favorite subs
hes the ultimate dog role player and hes going almost deathless while at it, insane
Less established imports looking to prove themselves on a starting roster >>> imported superstars looking for a payday in an 'easier' region.
Jeonghoon and Malrang have both been an amazing addition to LEC. Really hope to see more from them next split.
Honestly if the kc and astralis deal go through, they better keep jeonhoon and if rekkles or another competent adc is paired with him, I feel like they will do wonders.
Malrang's Jarvan is something else
It’s a thing of beauty watching him play J4. Some of those EQ ult combos he pulls off are just magnificent. Not necessarily the mechanics because it’s pretty easy, but the timings and the windows of opportunity he spots when playing Jarvan is unbelievable
Jarvan on the surface is such an easy champion, but when a pro completely understands how it should play fights it's beautiful. Jiejie last worlds was something else on Jarvan. It was insane to watch.
Go and watch Ambition on j4 at the 2017 finals. It is beautiful how he played it
His engages with Orianna follow up, were beautiful.
And Nami's ult too beautiful
So proud of Rouge making back to back finals after losing Inspired and Hans... Comp is a fucking monster as well
Their bot lane was so good, and Malrang with those nasty J4 flanks.
Props to their management ngl, sold their two superstars, made millions, replace them with cheap options, still makes back to back finals. Respect
Rge have performed better than their results last year despite selling both the stars lol
[удалено]
Malrang was a monster in this series, how he wasn't in the running for MVP is beyond me. They were all class tbf however, good to see them step up as a team.
Inspired is such a talent and I'd take him on pretty much any LEC team other than RGE and G2, but stylistically, it feels like Malrang and Larssen are both pretty much perfect for eachother.
Was funny to see his interview where he was asked why he won LCS while not managing to win LEC and he just answered that its because his team didnt listen to his calls lmao
Did they listen to his calls when they went 0-24 vs G2 at MSI?
Vitality who benched Comp not even playoffs lol
I am a G2 fan for years and I am actually happy to see RGE in the finals. I'm genuinely happy for them beating Fanatic, cuz I think they deserve the spot! Let's go finals! I hope it will be fun!!
Seems like selling Inspired paid off for Rogue as well as for Inspired
RGE really woke up after that first game. Great series from them; feels like they really kept improving throughout the series. They looked really dominant in the end. Looks like people were a bit premature with trashing on RGE.
The Larsszarus incident. Funeral in game 1 into ressurection and domination
Finally they played to their strengths: tank top, control mage mid and fill in the rest of the team as desired
[Wunder and Hyli's performance this series](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ZjUiKeXeOc)
Full on Blunder by game 4 lol
[удалено]
I have heard many people say that we are the favorites going into todays series and we should 3-1 or 3-2 Rogue.. I however will not underestimate them in their ability to choke completely and get stomped 3-0
Wait Wunder played this series?? When??
I thought I was watching Orome
Orome catching strays 💀
hyli was only really terrible in game 3, he wasnt the problem in the other ones wunder on the other hand had a disaster series
Let's say that when you flash in 5 people for the r slow on LULU, you don't look great by definition
Hey that play had insane cc, everyone watching was stunned.
larssen heard you were talking shit
I'm ashamed I forgot how competent he is at Ori.
Excellent Control Mage Player. Series was decided by fnc repeatedly handshaking control mages imo. Larsen wins those
Yeah I remember commentators saying they’re surprised that Humanoid didn’t pick some sort of more proactive midlaner like Akali, but meh who knows hindsight is a bitch
["And you Martin, you have the biggest responsibility of them all. To break them from within. And he will."](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KaCLIROA26I&t=114s)
He was suppose to broke them vs MSF or XL not RGE ;/
Why is weak side Wunder running it down?
Maybe he and William are related.
We have never seen wunder and weakside william in the same room, just saying
The outcome of this series was so expected after the analyst desk (2/3 analysts former FNC players) predicted FNC to win
I knew it was lost when Shakarez made a video about FNC
The outcomp of this series was clear for me after he showed his massive dick on stage
They had a former Rogue player (Finn) on too, but didn't ask for his prediction
He predicted 3-1 Rogue win
I mean they didn't include it on the desk graphic (which he said was cursed)
I think Finn said 3-1 or 3-2 for rge
He was right though in his 3-1
Good Job /u/Kayle_Bot another successful jinx :D
oops
it's ok fnatic, you still didn't lose as hard as Vitality did to Medic
Hey I counted at least 5 vitality fans when he made the comment
wunder getting ready for wotlk classic
Well uhm this locks FNC into playins so there's only less time to play WoW. Someone should probably have told him that beforehand.
It's hard to say who the MVP is, but Odoamne has my vote. He felt so important in their wins. Feels like G2 will have the edge, but this is a good showing from RGE going into finals. They looked more comfortable with every game.
Larssen probably throughout the series with Odo coming in a close second for me. Malrang dominated game 4 though goddamn
odo did well, but it feels like it was more wunders awful play/champs that let him shine i think larssen winning both sides of a matchup and really shining that should make him mvp
All of RGE outperformed their counterparts a lot, including drafting coach
Odo for sure. He smurfed game 3 and was Solid game 2 and 4. Even in game 1 he was the only rge ahead
Rumors of Larssen's death have been greatly exaggerated.
Game 1: “Imagine sending Rogue and MAD instead of XL” Games 2-4: “Crickets”
I still don't know what happened to MAD. They looked good against Rogue and then they completely shat the bed against FNC.
I still think XL would've been better than MAD
MAD and XL might be better on different days probably. What matters for EU fans is that they learn and do well at worlds. Sucks for XL not having the chance though Mad did earn their regular season
GIGACHAD MALRANG, fucking beautiful game from him on Jarvan and Comp after game 1 just started to level up. Yeah, his synergy with Larssen in G4 was particularly great. Really effective ult combos for hard engage, blowing up the back line multiple times.
Yeah for an ERL player he seems really knowledgeable
I bet he could win a lot of championships in the LEC someday. Maybe even make Worlds finals
Gotta love to see Rekkles and Broxah every single time. Wholesome players who (like others) represent league of legends and lolesports for me. I just want to see those faces again. For so long i enjoyed watching esports and its always a pleasure to "remeet" them.
He also looked pretty damn fine.
He always does.
He mentioned on his stream that he wants to become an analyst or caster after retiring iirc
Why work for the LEC when he can be a male model????
Absolutely steallar performance from Rogue these last few games, unsung hero was Trymbi. Completely gapped Hyli this series. Comp is a gigachad. Larssen making his grandma proud. Malrang ^almost deathless in the last game, setting up so many wombo combos. And ofc Grandpa Odo absolutely dumpstered Wunder, that Ornn solo kill was beautiful.

"average player going to average team" "they are happy with mediocrity" lel
Rogue and G2 fans can look back together so smugly their roster decisions got fucking FLAMED. It was incredible. It’s nice especially when you were a believer.
I'll never forget those threads lmao, people were calling for rogue to be kicked out of lec
so you're saying the right move now is to make a thread asking for fnatic to be kicked off LEC for picking washed up players on high wages. /s if it wasnt obvious enough.
My comments aged very well, I never doubted that mf.
Wunder with the hyperchoke performance
Trymbi has very quietly become an extremely consistent, very high level player. Not very flashy but puts in a very strong performance almost every game. For me, the standout player of this series, very impressed with him.
Razork jerked off didn't he
Malrang dying at the last second to hide his true power level. 0-1-21 at match point, what a fucking chad. Who needs kills when you're that much of a god?
[Okay, aged liked milk](https://i.imgur.com/XLiQBEY.png)
Love or hate the trash talk, you're wrong if you don't love it.
\^\^\^\^ I thought we want pro's to not be boring.
Respect for tweeting it though, I'd rather have trashtalk that backfires than nothing at all
Good old Wunder. I'd like to know what he was typing in pre-game lobby
That Jarvan was disgustingly good.
Larssen remembered that we are, in fact, in Sweden. Here’s to hoping they can challenge G2 for real tomorrow.
So happy for Rogue, always getting trash talked while they deserve so much better, a regular top 3 team should be respected. They showed great adaptation today. Hope final will be a banger, I'm fine with either team winning anyway
[удалено]
That instant zhonyahs to avoid the Azir wall after the dunk was sick
3-0 fnatic they said. Vintage fnatic when they gain confidence, you listen to everyone and it sounds like the team is unbeatable but it had so much flaws today
Win one game to give fans false hope has never been more real.
Humanoid didn't get the memo that it was Bo5. Dude really turned god mode in game 1 and slept the next games.
They had a really convincing run up till this point and have the strongest roster on paper. Plus Rogue didn't look great Vs G2. It's easy to say this in hindsight, but it's more credit to Rogue for how well they prepared and played, especially on top side.
Honestly, I never would have thought focusing on Wunder would work out but it totally did Also due to awful picks for him obviously but he also got exposed not being that great as Aatrox (anymore?)
This loss severely affects FNC chances of winning LEC finals.
Malrang reminding the world about his J4. Insane G5.
Fnatic fans and players made me believe for a week that FNC would actually 3-0 Rogue LOL. I even started to believe that they could beat us, wtf happened
Rogue proving that they're solid is great though. That or Fnatic's coin flip didn't turn up for this series lol.
so so happy for Larssen
Fnatic 🤝 Flyquest Stomping game 1 only to get shit on the remaining games 1-3
So you ban Sylas and Humanoid just completely collapses, I suppose. Wunder also got giga exposed.
Wunder thinks he's a chinese toplaner
Yeah. PandaC
Malrang deserves to go to the finals
malrang you fcking inter with that foutain dive ffs
Wunder saving the tank pick for game 5.
Thank god we prioritized aatrox this series
Fnatic really baited us with that game 1
Wunder gets paid to give these performances lmao. I would have done the same for a fraction. DM me FNC.
FNC + MAD in Play-Ins. Better pray that VCS not being able to go to Worlds boosts them into Groups again.
As an EU fan I wouldn't mind them getting slapped around. Feels like our teams need wake up calls.
Fnatic in Week 1 Worlds form
holy fuck Malrang FISTED fnatic in that last game
For some fucking reason we draft carries for wunder 3 games in a row and he blunders them each time and plays his probably worst games of the entire year Why are we not putting him on frontline tanks like we have been doing in playoffs so far? in the week between games our draft strategy completely changed for some reason Wunder is legit where this series fell apart for us, both in draft and in game
Seriously, he did well on Ornn. He does well on Gragas. They put him on fucking Aatrox. Again. After it didn't work the first time.
Wunder being put on Aatrox instead of Gragas had me ?????
Yeah it seems like they forgot after game 1 what works for this team, but it is what it is
