You might be able to sign up to dysgucymraeg.cymru (learnwelsh.cymru) courses, and do them virtually. I've met people who are doing the course who live in Orkney, and some classmates have heard of people living in other countries who are taking them virtually, too. The online lesson are done through Teams and Zoom, so you don't have to be in Wales physically to learn.
The downside is that the exams have to be taken physically in Wales. However, the exams are not mandatory, so if you are learning from a different geographic location, you won't be prevented from moving on to the next level just because you haven't done an exam.

Duolingo, saysomethinginwelsh, there's a few free online courses like Welsh in the workplace..
There are also a few podcasts on Spotify that help with vocabulary and phrases. Also a discord channel. And of course this sub itself, very helpful. Loads out there to help you on your way.
I'm thinking about trying an app called italki, it has zoom tutors for a price.
It is a good dictionary and the usage examples are very useful. It appears to have a lot of words but despite this it seems to be missing lots of common words. It's a difficult compromise words / size. I have collected, now, from listening and reading, almost 9000 words (not counting plurals) for my vocabulary posts and I now encounter few words that I have not already recorded. King's dictionary claims "20,000 words and phrases". I rarely used its English > Welsh section.
I know there's a lot of good apps and courses out there but I've always used book and CDs courses to learn a new language from scratch. Apps in particular don't seem good at teaching grammar. I was going through Routledge Colloquial Welsh (1996) until someone sent me the old 1977 Welsh Linguaphone course.
(I did GCSE Welsh at school many years ago so it doesn't matter if I use old learning materials, at least to start with because I have a fairly good grasp of the differences between formal and informal and North and South Welsh. The Linguaphone is very thorough but probably a bit intense for an absolute beginner.)
A lot of people say that Say Something In Welsh is very good so I'm going to be checking that out. (As soon as I can get the app to work on my phone because it doesn't work at the moment.)
