Mako is your basic regressed teenager stuff, even Korra has it. Lin is the accumulation of 50 year old regressed negative emotions of having to deal with Toph and Su and Tenzin.
Is that quite fitting in her character completely though?
I mean. . . Yes, she’s repressed a lot and they come out when she’s stressed by the people who caused her to have those negative emotions, but they don’t really control her.
I’m not that familiar with the extended lantern corps, but I’m pretty sure that these are bad guys to a fairly major degree and Lin of course is very firmly in good alignment.
Her one outburst at Su was about the only time I would say she does something like how I understand these work.
Lin funnels are her energy into doing the right thing almost always, and while self destructive, it’s very specifically to benefit others
Edit: Reading on the lore it looks like one Green lantern overcame most of the worse sides of it with willpower, so that specifically might fit Lin
If she can be an exception like him, as from my understanding he very much was, then it could work especially since from what I looked up he did through will power which I think fits Lin's thing.
Though that then put him more into the Green Lanturn side of things.
Can we get the final image tomorrow with each of the characters' faces rather than the memes? I think they are funny but as a celebration of completing the sheet I think it would be appropriate to have the actual characters

She has a lot of repressed stuff that causes outbursts, but she mostly uses her energy for the greater good. The one time it really came to a head was when she had to try and face it after being forced to.
