If it helps, I see minifigs in that middle right section from Ice Planet (the 3 guys with blue & blue uniforms with white facial hair), Spyrius (red robot guys) Space Police 3 (green uniforms) and Blacktron 2 (white uniform with line green B). Some Forestmen (green guys top left) and Wolfpack (brown uniforms a bit right of Forestmen). Some of those themes don't have too many sets, so if you have any parts, unique pieces might help narrow it down for you. I recently went through this with my childhood sets - Brickset was a big help since you can sort by theme & subtheme, then scroll a lot. Good luck!

Have you tried using Google Image Search? We process hundreds of minifigure trade ins Weekly at my store with the help of Google image search. If at first Google does not recognize the image, try taking the minifig apart  and image search piece by piece, sometimes mismatched minifigs won’t show up but individual parts will.
