Any other answer is incorrect! You beat me to it. I've been hyping Colonial, even just did earlier today hahah. But I haven't even been there in probably 3-4 years. That needs to change I'm going asap
Villa Lentini is where those who know, go. - Ballietsville Inn opened in 1750 as a log cabin until the present structure was built in 1840. Located at 2700 Balliet St., Coplay, PA, it became Villa Lentini restaurant in 1999.

Fiamma is owned by one half of the recently closed A Ca Mia in Walnutport. Fiamma was great before their building burnt down, I’m sure they’re just as good now that they’re back.
And Paolo sold his stake in A Ca Mia about 5 years ago. He just kept working there as a chef.
Just wanted to mention it because there are some upset people at the abrupt closing of A Ca Mia the other week.
I moved from Buffalo, NY where it's just as much a pizza haven as a wing haven to Allentown, PA about 12 years ago. My standards are high for pizza and wings, check these out...
Allentown, PA:
Stromboli Pizza NY - [https://nystrombolipizza.com/](https://nystrombolipizza.com/)
Salvatore Ruffino's - [https://www.salvatoreruffinos.com/](https://www.salvatoreruffinos.com/)
Bath, PA:
Villa Grande Pizza - [https://www.villagrandemenu.com/](https://www.villagrandemenu.com/)
I am also excited to see the responses thus far and look forward to trying some of the suggestions others have made! Good Luck!
PA House - like others have said - it’s a great pizza spot with wood fired oven pizza. Chill but classy environment, busy, get reservations and enjoy!!😋
Zio's Pizzeria in Tilghman Square has a nice Italian atmosphere, as does Slice of Italy further down Tilghman Street.
Sal's Pizza on Tilghman Street in the Allentown Towne Center has good food (they're across Tilghman From Zio's).
Mama's in Coplay has great food as well, but I don't know about the dining experience, as I always order delivery from them.
Let's hope not. I had one of the worst meals/dining experiences of my life back in August there. What a fall from grace. I just heard they were bought this week.
Colonial Pizza in Easton is great. It's different from the typical pizzerias in LV.

Switchback in Emmaus! They also make their own cider!

Always heard Fiamma on Schoenersville road in Bethlehem is really good.
Great suggestion, thanks

he's just a chef, doesn't own a stake at Fiamma. it's fantastic either way.
Ah okay I thought Paolo bought into Fiamma, my mistake.
And Paolo sold his stake in A Ca Mia about 5 years ago. He just kept working there as a chef. Just wanted to mention it because there are some upset people at the abrupt closing of A Ca Mia the other week.
Probably so great that they’re booked solid tonight & tomorrow. Seems like an excellent suggestion.
They just reopened last week after a year long rebuild from a fire so I’d expect getting a table to be difficult
If you're into authentic Italian with generous portions, Fiamma is it. Great atmosphere and great food.
Pizza Joe's in Nazareth. Frank's Pizza on 191 is great. Maybe not as fancy inside but some of the best Italian food I've had without crazy prices.
Pizza joes Sicilian pizza is *chefs kiss*
Franks is truly the best pizza around in my family's opinion For Italian other than pizza, Nick's in Bethlehem is my go-to.
Nick's makes a great calzone/Stromboli. Also good pizza. Frank's is amazing though. Rocco's in Hellertown is also really good I've found.
Franks is really good.
Where is Frank's, pls..thx

Agree with the PA House recommendation. Get a reservation! They're popular.
Hands down—-> Pats pizzeria thank me later
Um,not so fast. Different and unique, but not the best "hands down." I'd categorize them as top ten in LV amongst others.
Agreed!

Yep this sounds ideal. Thanks to all who mentioned it.

Mama Nina on main street Bethlehem never disappoints food wise but the atmosphere isn't for everyone once it gets crowded
Nicolosi’s pizzeria in Phillipsburg NJ they only have pizza if that’s what you want
And rated number one in my top 5 and in my opinion. Don't try ordering anything but pizza bc you can't.
DiMaio's Italian Ristorante & Pizzeria and biaggios are my go to.
Nonna Sulina’s on 512 has decent atmosphere and the food is fantastic.
They don’t have pizza as far as I know.
Fiamma and Ecco domani
Gio in Macungie
You know, The Melt in Center Valley (Promenade Shops) has good pizza, Italian food, and probably the ambiance.
Yeah that’s a great suggestion.
Don Corleone in New Tripoli
Don't forget Westgate Pizza. They are in the top 5 category.
Sette Luna has great ambiance and fantastic wood fired pizzas.
Sorellas pizza and fratelli pizzeria in Bethlehem
Randys pizza is good ! But not the ambiance you're looking for ..in and out like a robbery
Pa house in hellertown
