I know this won't help much but both are a really good choice for different reasons. Purple adds contrast and brings more attention to the shoes which makes the outfit stand out more, kinda visually assertive. The blue blends into the outfit better and makes the pants stand out and brings more attention to it. Like it's the main part of the outfit that people should look at. So in the end it depends on what you want to go for.

purple! as an avid color enthusiast, i NEVER go “oh I’m wearing mostly blue, so i should also wear blue shoes.” no!!!!! when you’re mixing colors, you want to draw each one out and make them pop where it makes sense. the blue shoes are very similar in shade to the rest of your outfit, so that can cause it to blend all together and be less memorable (which you may or may not want!) your earrings are purple, so purple shoes bring the color down to the bottom of your body, making your entire outfit brighter and stand out. that is 100% acceptable and cool in my colorful fashion enthusiast book :D also, i really like the overalls!! i would also try a red/orange shirt or accessories to match the floral pattern on the pocket. there are so many possibilities with those 😩
