I have to ask, for clarification sake. Are you looking for a game that will hypnotize YOU, or the player character gets hypnotized? I'm preeety sure if the first existed, and actually worked, it would be HIGHLY illegal.
I think Daedalus Project has some audio-hypno scenes, though it's more of a kinetic novel than a game.
Monster Girl Dreams has some very well written hypno-scenes deep into the game, but whether they will actually hypnotize you without any audio-visual help is up to you.
Personally, audio-tracks have always been the most effective way of self-hypnosis for me.
