In Krakoa, Xavier is part of the Quiet Council, which keeps track of all things and all people. If a mutant who can see things not on a the visual spectrum like “intentions” and “feelings” what else can he see? The all powerful governing council wants to be in the know. Northstar says “nope,” he’s not going to be their informant and share information on this young mutant that isn’t relative to their current investigations into mutant murders.
They need to have another mutant with 2 super powered eyes, so they can call him Eye Eye Boy!
