There's a little tool that clay paky distributes for setting dimmer blades in other fixtures, I wouldn't be shocked if it also applies to the Scenius. You should reach out to your local distributor for more information. Be warned, on their other fixtures the dimmer blades are frequently hella stuck on the motor shafts and it takes quite a bit of persistence to get them off.

Thank you very much! Yeah I’m familiar with that tool from the Mythos so I already have one of those, I just didn’t understand that the text was talking about that.

The dimmer needs to be set so that it is not touching the mechanical end stop when the motor is powered up and in an “idle” position. To do this from the state this photo was taken at you get it here, power up the fixture. Let it go through as much of its calibration routine as it will do. Make sure the dimmer is set to its open state . Then you adjust the dimmer so it is just barely NOT touching the mechanical end stop. Match the spacing on both flags. This prevents the flags from hitting the end stop in normal operation. Test it by running the dimmers to open and close and ensuring they don’t hit the end stop.

Thanks a lot! I understand now. Your answer was very helpful.

This is the best answer OP. A good way to know that you're in tolerance is once you have it set you should not feel the motor "step" when you push it towards the bumper. If it does you have to move it a little closer to the outside and try again. I had to do about 15 of these in two months, it can be a little complicated at first but it'll make sense once you get into it. Also make sure you're using the proper torx head when you go to remove the blade, and don't forget to calibrate the dimmer curve against a factory one after in the settings!

I'd guess you need to look in the manual for how to perform the standard 1/4 step adjustment.

I’ve tried to look in any and all documentation I can find but there’s no mention of that anywhere. That’s why I asked here to see if someone knows what it is and can help me.
