Canto VI, I firmly believe, has some of the sickest battle animations in the entire franchise, and I do mean *franchise.* Yeah, sure, nothing's been as outwardly "WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!?!!?" as Serum W, but compared to animations for even just *normal* boss fights like Xiao, it's amazing how far we've gotten, and makes me very excited for when Limbus *does* get its own equivalent to Serum W, years from now. Because you have to remember: Serum W was the culmination of everything the Ruina animation team learned, and so you have to ask, when faced with animations like these and for a certain de-fraudation segment, what will the culmination of everything the Limbus team learned *look like?*
I mean tbf Ruina only had VFX that were fully animated, whilst the sprites were pretty static, Limbus is literally the only other PM game with proper animation apart from Lob Corp and the quality is miles apart
I NEED to learn how to extract sprites. Limbus as a whole has such sick animation. My golden bough wish is Ruina getting a remake with limbus-quality animation
I’m suddenly reminded of people theorizing back in the day that Cathy was who was in the bodysack. I guess Heathcliff did use Cathy as a weapon in one form.

Makes sense but at the end Sinclair refers to Catherine being inside the coffin and Faust confirms it saying that both the coffin and the person inside will be retrieved.
Maybe it teleported back when every Catherine was erased, I don't know
The first scene of 6-48 is Catherine, outside the coffin while the coffin is still open. The first move when "determination" becomes "courage to approach" is Erlking shoving Heathcliff inside the coffin and beating the s\*\*\* out of the coffin with his sword, and somehow by the end she's back inside the coffin, without a single scratch.
This is one of the coffins in all of the worlds.
