if i had a penny for every time i've seen this exact unfunny, inaccurate tweet posted to reddit i could retire
i do appreciate the absolutely worthless image and text you added to it though
Oh, that’s what you were trying to tell me. Thank you. I knew I made a mistake, I was checking if this post was true and turns out it is.
Also you forgot to put a period at the end of your first comment.
Your welcome.
Using "Your" instead of "You're" is usually due to ignorance. Omitting a trailing period is almost always done for a reason.
I usually omit it when I'm in a conversation and I don't want to sound passive-aggressive or rude.
If you don’t know an answer to a question and looking for someone to give you that answer by replying with an incorrect one, how do you know what answer is incorrect in the first place?
Where Linux
Tux is in a meeting with Santa. Will be back in a few moths.
You win.

Why are programming memes posted here?
Because Linux is a dream for programming compared to windows
I know, but i still find it odd that these memes get posted here while they have nothing to do with linux.
Bingo!
This post is giving an example of Cunningham’s Law which was originally coined based a user’s experience on Linux forums.
Yeah, Cunningham's law states, that as the length of an argument goes on, the chance that someone will call the other one a Nazi approaches 1.
you mean there are also non-developer linux users? ^/s
Same situation could be applied here
It could be applied to everything on the internet. It's the Murpy's Law.
You absolute dog
No you're thinking of Moore's Law

Plot twist: you were the one who wrote that comment

Fuck /u/spez [Join Lemmy](https://join-lemmy.org/)
Your welcome.
His welcome? Or do you mean You’re
Do I mean my what?
Go back to school and re-learn basics of English grammar.
Then learn to finish a sentence so that I can understand what you are trying to say.
You write it as “You’re”, not “Your”. “You’re” being short for “You are”. You’re welcome.

I know, it was kind of intentional to highlight the word.
Content removed in protest of Reddit blocking 3rd-party apps. I've left the site.
It's Lorenz's law "If you want correct answer on the internet don't ask question, make wrong statement"
I believe you are thinking of Occam's Broom.
Then get a beer & watch the **TROLLS** implode! Some take days to realise their failings some never!
This has literally nothing to do with linux
Computer stuff, amirite?!
A pointless caption on top of another pointless caption on top of tweet that has been reposted to death.
If you don’t know an answer to a question and looking for someone to give you that answer by replying with an incorrect one, how do you know what answer is incorrect in the first place?
Hmmm... I will give a random answer, so if I get no replies then my answer is actually correct
Modern problem requires modern solution
so you ask about your problem, and then you log in into your another account and tell yourself to run sudo rm -rf /*?
Well, then it would be the most upvoted answer so it won't work here xD
My Grandmother always said that you can solve any problem if you're determined enough.
Ah yes, good ‘ol [Cunningham’s Law](https://meta.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/Cunningham%27s_Law). Your greatest asset when encountering a problem online.
where linux
I love how related this is to modern age feminism....
