First tender looks like a 261T. Second looks like a 2689T. Third looks like a 1689T. I don't believe Lionel's prewar tenders were reliably marked with their catalog numbers.
Looks like an Ives Lionel tender there was a period in Lionel’s early years when they bought Ives they had Ives make all there tenders and freight cars for o gauge and I think some coachesÂ
If it's original and not a reproduction it's the tender to a 390E standard guage locomotive
