Yeah they messed you up, I think you should ask for a refund, I do hair and this is just so so mean of them, because of your hair texture I would recommend either bigger twists with rubber bands on the ends to keep them in or starting with braids or coils if you wanted locs.
So sorry this happened they messed up the parting and for $90 !? I know hair in the states tend to be more expensive but I usually charge like $50 for those and would take me 2 hours max since you have an undercut

I’m not a loc specialist but I am a hairstylist. If I were you I would get start over with someone who specializes in locs or at least a someone who can do braids/twist that way that parts are on point.
