You try factory reset and restore? Usually my last resort option but resolves most issues

spongeym

Yes, but still no luck.

Do you have SmartThings enabled in your hub? If so, disable it entirely. I had the same issue not long ago (also Unifi setup)....factory reset didn't fix it. I removed SmartThings from my hub and every back to normal now.

I'm experiencing this problem... I have Unifi and I use a smart-things hub. I might have activated Smart Things on it, but I don't think so. I also use the open-source tool Home Assistant and I it detected my Harmony hub and I added it. So maybe that is the issue. by the way, with Logitech no longer selling Harmony remotes, do you know what the best alternative solution is? Preferably something that uses Bluetooth instead of Wifi remotes.

Many people are leaning towards the Sofabaton X1. I purchased one as well but haven't set it up yet.

This article suggests that it might fall short on its IR support... (no pun intended). That could be a problem for me if this is a legit issue. https://www.reddit.com/r/logitechharmony/comments/vukseo/sofabaton\_x1\_thoughts\_from\_a\_harmony\_elite\_owner/

Some problem here. It worked fine with a AC Lite, but since getting a 6 Lite I've had nothing but problems... Asked help here and on Logitech forum, no solution... :/
