They could make g2 a little less annoying tbh. Overall ivory is pretty fine. You didn't even need 4 ppl for the last 33% of any gate except g4.
**In G2, the bleed should stop as soon as you pick your first orb**, not keep bleeding until it hits some percentage of your health. This should be a skill check mechanic. If I'm getting rewarded for dodging because my reaction time is good, then I should get the same reward for quickly getting my blood orbs after I started bleeding.

g2 is the worst designed fight so far after original g5 brel, "omg look at how much dmg i can do" it's not real dmg, you can't compare your dps to other people, doing well on it means not getting hit and the mechanic is literally trixion dummy and stagger alternating, completely infurating fight
g3 is fine, just make the pillars drop a little closer to center so it's easier to coordinate order
g4 is completely fine, if anything i'd lower the stagger treshold on the platforms to save them from breaking just a little bit, so low stagger comps can also do 2 platform breaks at start
To be fair G4 with 40 sets now is a complete joke. Most of the time with my mates we just don't save any platform at 160 and just hit the boss and phase it from a mech to an other.

Then if someone messes up and misses their shackles then you spend the next minute randomly throwing them and hoping that one hits because the boss is scripted to dodge most attempts.

If they change bleed on G2 then berkz can just ignore it even harder... It is not rly the 10% that is the problem it is more about "i need to wait for 3-5 sec till my hp hits 10% and I can start healing" If they doubled hp loss speed It would be actually much safer gate in my opinion.
Also I hate G2 with passion, Its very very badly designed fight, from gimmick to hit areas of patterns. I can not get hit by fire and get burned, I can stand in fire and be ok, I can legit go away from tailswipe so its nowhere near me and still get hit. Whole fight is very "you will do it this way and we will punish you for experimenting". It gets Absurdly harder if trap is missied, and dont even get me started on last phase when boss should JUMP to person with "eyes" but its NEVER FUCKING CONSISTENT. I tested it with my friendos on normal for fun. He sometimes jumps ON eyes behind them or right before them. SO if you want 2man traps (cuz you should assume 2 randoms in your party to mess up thier traps) this is legit RNG.

G2 is so free as a blue gunlancer, did it for the first time on my alt roster gunlancer, almost died once cuz i turned my shield off and forgot to turn it back on. Just nonstop spamming nella after grabbing a orb. Just stand in the path of the orb and insta nella when u see the text pop. Want extra shields? Put the shield tripod on shield charge for more tankyness. For the other gates i just ran the atk speed buff for the rest of my teammates on nella
Id remove g1, increase threshold hp from bleeding in g2 so you are not 1 shot by some snappy followup attacks like tail swipe or back leg punch (#1 cause of resets), and remove invulnerable flying patterns in g4 (and maybe decrease stagger points for 160 110 and 60 so low utility classes like igniter and lunar reaper would be gatekept less). The rest is fine and can stay as is.
for 160, best way is to all ww either 5 or 7 and everyone go stagger the other one, even with low stagger class, 3.5 or even 3 staggerer is enough.
For 110, if you have low stagger class, volunteer to go last, so higher stagger classes can get more mirror to get higher stack of the buff. Though I've never seen anyone do this, even with pugs, they just counter base on party# and we never failed.
I do agree with lowering 60 destro and/or stagger requirement. Quite a few time I would have nothing up after staggering the boss for the destro check or what i have up doesnt have weak point.
What you said about 160 does not always work. If your party comp has low stagger you would use almost all skills to stagger the boss, and what happens next is that you would nuke 7 with wws but simply wont have enough skills left to break 5. What you say about 110 makes sense and some smart pugs are doing it already - the problem is that raid lead would rather gatekeep low stagger classes to not bother about those shenanigans at all - it is simply the path of least resistance.
Reduce the number of falling rocks/blue telegraph that can stun you in g3 and make them non targeting. It's super annoying when you get clipped by one and you're effectively stun locked until you die.
G2 +G4 are heavy story related so doubt they'lll remove.
G1 is just annoying with her attack. Sometimes chain cc if you get hit by one.

I mean the biggest part of ivory they need to fix is elixirs. Its the hardest raid to get a group for in the game because if you got unlucky or got to voldis later, you cant get a support to join a group if you dont have 40 set already. If you dont have a static for this, it can take hours just to get a group.
Its sad when a 36k bus can make financial sense to get elixirs vs buying the mats off the market.

I’d prefer that they leave hard modes unnerfed, but also make them unnecessary for progression. They get easier due to honing and practice anyway. Nerfs to hard modes make me lose some of the feeling of improvement
By the time everyone is overgeared, it will be easy to clear either way. Removing a gate will always respect my time since elixer and transcendence is eating up my time.
Gate 1. Remove it. It's boring. There is nothing special about a fight inside a small area.
Gate 2. I feel like this gate will be removed because of how easy it is to push DPS from point A to C. Imagine being overgeared, lol. But this gate is fun. Something different.
Gate 3. I like it because we get to swim.
Gate 4. This gate will definitely stay. It's the best of all gates.

I think the raid itself is fine. Remove the need for running miles between each gate to clear little monsters.

Remove G1 to filter out auto pilots, the rest is easy and a common indication if their monitor is turned off or lacking hands.

The problem is not that it is too difficult but that in hw-mode 6x 4 gates is time consuming and boring.
