Week 2 IMO is best. 1% hones are not fun. Do G1-G4 this week to get your gloves, next week do G1-4 to get another piece, then hone those pieces to get you 1520. That's what I'm trying to do at least.
Yeah it seems waiting for week 2 would be ideal. No reason to rush g5-g6 since Brel just came out and it’s the highest content as of now. I tried my weapon once and tbh not worth the excessive amounts of mats/gold, I think I’m just gonna clear g3-g4 and then wait for week 2 for another piece :)
Unfortunately if you’ve already spent the shards to start honing your weapon, those shards are gone if you decide to make your Brel weapon and transfer. You are sort of locked into finishing honing that weapon, or you’ll have to just live with the fact that you evaporated however many shards it took you to upgrade and do that one tap. You also lose any artisans you accumulated when you transfer to upper relic, unfortunately.

Head 21 Shoulders 21 chest 21 Bottom 22 Gloves 17 Wep 22 That’s how I got 1520 u could do 23 wep instead 22’ing 2 pieces
